So far, so good. We are happy. They don't nickel and dime, like most other AMS companies.

Ease of use and great customer service! They don't nickel and dime, like most other AMS companies. The integration was very smooth and the staff were very helpful.

Cons

Member Directory - it's very bland and not easy to look at or use.

The support team is awesome. They care what you need and help to tailor it to fit your specific needs. They are quick to get back with you and then quick to fix the problem.

Pros

It is very user friendly. The staff is so accomodating.

Cons

So far so good. Haven't found anything yet. If I find something that isn't doing what I want it to do they help to fix it and I move on.

Awful. I would not recommend this platform to anyone, ever.

Pros

The dashboard was well laid out and sections were easy to find. That is about it, there is little about this product that I can say good things about.

Cons

Everything else. Any custom reports we made were corrupted as soon as they push thru any updates. We had constant issues with the product where information was categorized incorrectly. Data wasn't properly displayed and duplicates were created after updates that we could not delete.

It made me review all of my processes and streamline some that needed to be reviewed. This software, being web based allows me to work offsite!

Pros

Customer service is responsive. They are continually improving the system and listening to users. We have had several of our wish list items implemented. Customer interface is also easy. Clients can sign in and register for events, pay invoices and manage their users. They can even add a picture. It would be nice to interstate with linked in. Processes are pretty straight forward.

Cons

Not archiving events. By not having this ability you must scroll through old events finding reports, etc. this is cumbersome and time consuming. The transcript could be more user and printer friendly. The certification process should have more options to allow giving of other entities credits (HRCI, SHRM or CPA). Invoices could be emailed directly out of the system rather than having to PDF.
