BluePoint is a Visitor Management and Strata Management system that spans organisations and sites. By interacting with our Realtime Access Management product, BluePoint can create visitors and lost passes directly in your chosen access management system on site. And it does all this from the internet, hosted on Microsoft Windows Azure with a 99.95% SLA. The only software requirement for users is a modern browser.

Pros: - super quick, we managed to cut down our queues hugely!

- easy to use

- intuitive

- don't need lots of time training reception teams on how it works

- check-in can work via pin code, QR code or just by typing names

- simple to adapt to each occupiers request for that personal touch

- occupier staff can book in visitors by simply using their calendar

- great support from Digital Forge team in case you do get stuck

- there's also a possibility to integrate with our access control system which means we don't have to change it all over!

- printed passes that work on turnstiles! Hurray, no more plastic cards that end up getting lost and become a security risk!

Cons: - there's no app yet which would be cool for occupiers to use besides the outlook calendar.

- reporting is already great, but much more could be added

Overall: - happier visitors

- quicker response (both from the system as well from the Digital Forge team)

- less queues

- occupiers are able to do their own reporting

- it's hassle free, no need for expensive hardware upgrades every time, just google Chrome and it works!
