“BluePoint has completely changed our visitors' check-in journey for the better!”

Overall- happier visitors - quicker response (both from the system as well from the Digital Forge team) - less queues - occupiers are able to do their own reporting - it's hassle free, no need for expensive hardware upgrades every time, just google Chrome and it works!
Pros- super quick, we managed to cut down our queues hugely! - easy to use - intuitive - don't need lots of time training reception teams on how it works - check-in can work via pin code, QR code or just by typing names - simple to adapt to each occupiers request for that personal touch - occupier staff can book in visitors by simply using their calendar - great support from Digital Forge team in case you do get stuck - there's also a possibility to integrate with our access control system which means we don't have to change it all over! - printed passes that work on turnstiles! Hurray, no more plastic cards that end up getting lost and become a security risk!
Cons- there's no app yet which would be cool for occupiers to use besides the outlook calendar. - reporting is already great, but much more could be added
