Interface is decent, Google Docs is more simple. Pros \- Supports a standard MS Office formats - Can open complex Office documents more correctly then Google Docs - Have formulas integrated, so you can add different math stuff - You can't work with tables as database, but Google Docs can Cons \- Interface. I have liked the overall experience of ONLYOFFICE but it could use a few improvement for many users to confidently switch to its full time use. Pros I like that is it compatible with MS Office format. I love that it is available both on the cloud and locally. It is also really to use. Cons I don't like how slow it takes to load a document, I feel it could be greatly improved. October 3, 2018 5.0 Pros As a college student, OnlyOffice helped me out in those moments that I needed to write a paper or edit a Word document without Microsoft Word. The fact that everything is saved in the cloud also makes it super convenient if you happen to be hopping between multiple workstations. When everyone you know uses a competition product it is sometimes hard to integrate with them and the unique features they take for granted. I decided to give a newcomer a try as the registration required just my name, surname and the name of my future portal. No bulky forms to fill out with my personal info. The general impression was very positive. The platform itself is very easy to handle and no help (tech or explanatory is really needed). As I was interested in project management only, i tried that tool. And liked it. There were more tools, however, included: tools for mantaining blog, forum, photo album and instant messnger. So far seems to be a neatly-deasigned pack of tools for my company. Pros Very nicely organized interface. Easy & quick start with no tricky things about plans (clouded version) Free!, yes, it's really free. Open-source version available Cons No calender to assign events to. It connects with all of my cloud accounts as well. Pros I can use it on my Android phone, tablet and Windows 10 computer. I haven't had it for long but so far it is robust and easy to use. The things I like most are the spreadsheet and draw features. I use spreadsheets to keep track of finances and inventory. But my favorite feature is draw, I love to just play around with this when I have ideas for new products. Cons I like so many features of OpenOffice but I have had a couple instances of formatting issues when using this software to create word documents.
