Easily converts all file formats into its format so editing is easy and it then converts back to the original format without a hassle. Best cloud storage aggregator I've used.

Needed word on Linux, and did not really like libre office, this is really way way better and since the desktop version is totally free, try it!

Pros

It is free! And very lightweight, being built entirely in HTML5 so it's much faster too. You can also switch quickly between word excel and PowerPoint (or what they are called by only office) since they all open in a single page in tabs. Amazing.

Cons

Lacking features that Microsoft office had long ago such as PowerPoint transitions, and there are too little tabs in the menu bar and everything is all squeezed together

easyness to read documents in many formats.

Pros

Easy to use. I could use it as fast as I get it without having high office software skills. Easy to read documents with it. I could read a document in a weird format. Honestly I hadn't come across with that kind of document before. It was also simple to get this software on the internet using my google account. This a great tool for using when you just have to read something, complete a task or do homework and you happen to have the document in your device but you it is impossible for you to read it.

Cons

I can't use it without internet connection. It is really sad that I can only use it when I have internet connection. It'd be fantastic if I could use it offline.

Great application has been useful for me to do daily, I think it's a good alternative to Google docs and Microsoft office

Cons

The only flaw I have noticed that the application has, for me is not being able to open documents, spreadsheets and presentations directly; you have to upload the files to the cloud to view and edit. I love the integration with nextcloud

Sync calendars are very useful as it allows me to plan my meetings.

Pros

Most of all I like that I can plan and monitore all my tasks and emails from one place, and it's in my native language, Ukrainian.

Cons

When I first started using it the interface seemed not very user friendly, but I easily got used to it in a short time. I guess it just my personal thing with technology.

My experience has been great. It can be hard to match software types when it comes to working within a team, and OnlyOffice has helped solve the problem of non-compatability.

Pros

I loved being able to rely on a fully functional word processor, without having to worry about having Microsoft Word.

Cons

There are limitations in file type transferability. The design is also not as sleek as some other paid software.

That's a very simple and intuitive collaboration platform for a medium size digital marketing agency. CRM and Documents are the most popular tools, as we work with a huge number of clients and need to keep all the info in order + regularly updated. As for the docs, although the online editor is a bit slow so far, the viewer works perfectly even on the iPad. It's convenient to attach files or agreements to the clients profile and have everything in one place . The only disadvantage I can find is the speed which is sometimes a bit slower than I would like it to be, but the support team (btw very responsive) promised improvements for the next release.

Pros

Compatibility with Microsoft office and it is a very friendly app with all the formulas and menu options. Also the cloud services are a must to really have a complete office suite. I had not a single problem to start using it from the first day

Cons

Don't have a database app, I really think that it is really not needed but it could be convenient for power users. Besides that, I definitively have not other commentaries about any other possible missed function or module
