### "My Online Bakery has taken our bakery operations to a whole new level. "

Pros

MOB is flexible to fit many operations and sales models. We have been able to extend online ordering to our customers, interface directly with eCommerce orders, streamline our production process, delivery, and customer service. Support - Live training and support have been a great resource.

Cons

As with any any new software there can be bumps in the road. There have only been brief outages but the TwinPeaks team is continually adding enhancements .

My overall experience has been a positive one. Any support I need the team has been quick to respond to help resolve any issues.

Pros

What I like most about Myonlinebakery.com is the fact that every order we enter and all our walk-in customer sales - allows us to print all of our necessary reports for all three of our store locations. This software has amazing reports features, etc. Helps us with our production.

Cons

Currently, I cannot think of anything that I like least.

WE CHOSE MYONLINEBAKERY AND POMEPOS DUE TO THE FACT THAT TWIN PEAKS WAS ABLE TO IMPORT ALL OF OUR Z-BAKE ITEMS INTO THIS SYSTEM. WE DID NOT HAVE TO IMPLEMENT EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH. THIS WAS A HUGE FACTOR.

I feel like the look of the website looks dated. Customers have been asking about an app for this software, but I believe that product is not offered at the moment.

Our experience has been nothing but positive. \[sensitive content hidden\], who is our account rep, is very helpful and always willing to listen to any complaint or concern you may have. \[sensitive content hidden\], one of the developers, will reply to emails or questions regarding features faster than most IT companies we've used in the past. Overall the only time there has been any issues was due to user error on our end which they were able to help us resolve.

Pros

Going from QuickBooks to POMeSYS for recipe management, customer ordering, and route management was a big change. The change was of course for the better. Customer and Route Management in POMeSYS removed a lot of guess work and decreased hours of training new employees. Each customer file can be customized for things like delivery days, minimum orders, fuel charges, price tables, credit limits, and even items allowed to purchase.

Cons

My only dislike with POMeSYS is the lack of aesthetics and somewhat outdated interface, however, this does not affect functionality or even prohibit us from performing day to day tasks.

We still use QuickBooks for accounting purposes, but no longer are held back by QuickBooks lack of bakery management software.

### "Quick and Easy to Convert and Implement from any other bakery management software"

The team at POMsSYS Wholesale knows all the ins and out of what a wholesale bakery needs in terms of taking the order from the customer all the way down to getting the product to the customer's door step/warehouse. They are so intoned with the baking business that every single step in the process is covered in the software. If you cannot find the answer in the software, a simple phone call connects to a well knowledge representative that understands you and that does not require any explanation about the baking process or industry. They already KNOW! Time saving and efficient. AMAZING!

Pros

LOTS of features. LOTS of customization. LOTS of options. The software covers every aspect and detail of what a wholesale bakery needs. There is no stone uncovered.

Cons

Since there are a lot of customization, it is helpful to have a representative go thru all the options. Some times there are things in the software that you don't even know that can help your bakery processes unless someone reviews them with you.

One of the most important features that Twin Peaks created for us so that some of our reports required dot-matrix (multiple carbon copies). \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team actually created special reports so that we could continue using our dot-matrix printers for these wholesale drivers and invoices for our customers! The wholesale module will work perfectly in your business as (again) it is totally customizable from data entry screens to reports and interfacing with Quickbooks too!!!

Pros

One of the most important aspects of this software is the easy navigation of screens from transactions to files to reports. The number of reports (along with options) is incredible as you can customize and save those reports that you use often. This bakery software is so customizable for your bakery that you will simply fall in love with it. They even made a specific report for us which matched our manual method just for us! The pricing is excellent as well! You can't go wrong with this software. We have been using it for 30 years even bore the internet was around.

Cons

At the moment I honestly can't think of anything!

I really enjoy working with the team at POM. The system has been instrumental in the development and scaling of our company. I can't speak more highly of the staff and the product. It will be a great value for anyone interested in purchasing an operational software system for a bakery.

1\. would be great if based on previous orders the software could flag an unusual order. customers make mistakes regularly. 2. tracking payments and payment reports are a little confusing

We have been dealing with this company for over 20 years. We have always been taken care of. They are top notch!

Pros

We have been using this product for many years. Prior to switching to this product we were with their Zbake software so the transition was easy. The POMeSYS software is easy to navigate for any user. We also like that our customers can place their orders online themselves.

Cons

Any issues we have had with the software have been addressed quickly and resolved. We are extremely pleased with its performance.

Overall experience is great. System also makes it very easy to send customer statements & entering payments received is simple.

Pros

PomeSYS is very easy to use. Customer support is great. I am a bread distributor & the software makes order entry & production reports for my bakeries a breeze.

Cons

Pomesys designed a feature for me to send orders automatically to my main bakery. It’s a great feature. I get a message that order has been sent but I do not get an automatic confirm from bakery.

be it a small sized bakery or a wholesale baked goods supplier, Twin Peaks takes the stress out of you to relieve you to concentrate more on the quality control side. All other areas in bakery management will be taken care by Twin Peaks. They are really good at it. ‘My online bakery’ is worth considering.

Pros

Rather than a common catering management tool, Twin Peaks have catered to specific needs of the Bakery industry through this tool. Different areas in Bakery management such as Production, inventory, finance, sales, customer relationship, Nutrition management are addressed by this tool. The Z-Bake is an all in one solution for most bakeries. Its affordable, cloud based, flexible and supportive. They cater solutions according to your needs. Flexibility to align with add-ons and integration with third party software allows you to customize your requirements.

Cons

No major hiccups are noticed. If I come across, will keep updated.

Pros

User friendly and customer support, specifically The support staff is fantastic. She was great in creating functions specific for our use.

Cons

My only con would be that one person at a time can use the system. We are a small company with one person using the system at a time putting in orders. I, as the administrator cannot go in to look something up when needed. Paying the extra charge to have multiple users is not worth it for the once in a while a second person may need to log on for a few minutes. Would be nice if they looked at each client individually.

MyOnlineBakery.com worked with us to transition from QuickBooks for order entry and accounts receivable, it being cloud-based allows you to check your business from wherever you are. Staffs are truly awesome! I highly recommend MyOnlineBakery.com to grow and improve your business.

Excellent customer service and support Expandable so you can start small and grow as your business grows Very affordable

Cons

A lot of features so in can be difficult to navigate. Once you learn the software you will be fine.

The Simple format. Our customers can order online from any device. Customer support is usually very reliable.

Cons

It is difficult to edit orders due to out of stocks. the process is not simple. Running reports is not easy either and importing into quick books has proved to be a challenge

They have a lot of different reports to fit any need you have. When I had an issue, they were quick to follow up and resolve. Constantly adding new features.

Cons

A bit difficult to learn the system. It wasn't super intuitive at first so it was easy to make mistakes.
