"Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. "

**Overall:** Imagine the worst possible software you have ever used in your life. That described my overall experience.

**Pros:** Can't pick one if I tried. Literally disappointed by every single feature of this company and it's software.

**Cons:** \-Online system and in store system disconnected almost daily causing chaos with lost orders and missing tickets. -None of the reports function the way they should and they didn't communicate or track properly across locations. -Customer service was a 1800 number where you would literally wait for hours on end (even though we were promised a dedicated support person). -Alleged universal loyalty and marketing malfunctioned all the time and sent out repetitive spam emails to our clients regularly.

**Reasons for Choosing franpos:** They made us a ton of promises about support, reporting, universal marketing and services, etc. all of which were lies.

**Reasons for Switching to franpos:** We made the switch right back to Square after a few months with FranPOS.
