Pros My favorite aspect of Consensus is that it gives visibility into who is accessing demos and other collateral. This enabled me to identify additional stakeholders and decision makers within an organization. Cons The only con that I can think of is that it can sometimes take a minute to locate the correct demo in the demo library. However, there is search functionality that helps. Easy to use and easy to share with prospects, plus the tracking makes it easy to see how invested a prospect is as there are various ways to track their progress with your videos. Its also a very good way of further pre qualifying a customer before a more in depth demonstration. Cons The biggest challenge that i face with Consensus is engagement statistics. Now this can be broken down into several reasons, such as when i'm positioning a consensus demo in the sales cycle, the intro videos that i use, or even the customers that i'm targeting. None the less, if i can increase the engagement statistic i feel the tool will become essential. However, I would personally improve a little bit the look and feel of the demo player itself by adding something more customizable by the customer.
