December 20, 2025 4.0 Great! It's been a really good tool so far. I've had mostly positive feedback from my customers about the content. Pros Great way to gauge prospect interest w/out wasting time on a demo. Analytics make it easy to track how many times they viewed it, etc. Easy software to use. The personalized message option gives the demoboard a personal touch for the prospect. Cons I've heard from some customers that there's too many questions before the prospect actually gets into the demo. My Sales Engineer also doesnt have to be on every call now. Pros Easy to show demos that allows for easier workflow. I use it every day when a customer needs a quick turnaround. Cons Too extensive and that simply means that there is a lot that the platform has access to which doesnt allow me to fully utilize. Support has been fantastic to deal with, which for me is a sign that it is a premium product. Pros The ease of us in building a demoboard, generating a link to share with prospects. I leverage this tool on every deal. Cons Being rate limited has been difficult to challenge. Often, there are bugs when attempting to splice and submit videos. Pros I like the analytics feature, knowing when and how long they were viewing so I can tailor a response accordingly. The content in the system is easy to find and share. Cons My only gripe at the moment is the navigation piece when searching for videos. I don't know if that is a Riskonnect thing or a change at Consensus. Highly recommend for any org looking to modernize their sales process. Pros As a former BDR and now a Customer Success Manager, I’ve seen the value of Consensus across the full customer journey. When I was in sales, it helped us qualify leads faster and gave prospects a chance to explore the product on their own terms—making meetings more productive. Now in CS, I’ve seen how it supports onboarding and education by giving customers easy access to consistent, on-demand content. The analytics are incredibly helpful too—we can track engagement and tailor our approach based on what’s resonating. Cons There’s a bit of a learning curve when setting up your first demos, especially if you're trying to get the flow just right. But once it’s live, the impact is worth it. I also like the fact we get notified when new contacts are reviewing the collateral we have provided. Cons I feel like the interface can use a bit of an update. I have a library of go to media/content that I can access quickly. Pros Integration with gmail; its realy easy to access and add videos to email replies. Nice client facing interface; intuitive and clean UI for client. Cons The tabs on the website are confusing and some seem redundant. Whats the differenc ebetween 'my demos'and 'demo library'? Not many complaints, the value really speaks for itself in the kind of engagement you get from prospects, and the time you save. Pros Consensus is a great tool for engaging your prospects. I love being able to quickly share a sneak preview of our product suite between meetings, or before we even meet. Its also a great way to multithread deals to get busy stakeholders to experience your product. Cons I sometimes feel like I can lose control of a deal or it is less personal than a real in person demo. Therefore, I really see it as an additional tool to help increase conversion. However, i think that there are too much clicking at the start before sending consensus through which can be a bit annoying if you are sending through to a lot of clients Pros I like consensus a lot because of the direct feedback and real time updates on clients. I can see who has viewed my consensus and can easily reach out back to them. Cons A lot of typing initially to put through client's information. i believe it can be shorten. It has been a great tool for our business and helps us sell more software. Pros Consensus has an intuitive user interface that can be customized for specific use cases. We are able to upload all of our recorded product demos for easy sharing with prospects and customers. We can also see when demos are viewed and for how long. Great tool for guaging customer interest and properly allocating time and resources for live demos. Cons The content creation process can be a little tedious at times. Nothing major though. Consensus helps to cut down on technical questions and speeds up deal cycles with customers who engage with the tool. Cons There was a slight learning curve starting out, but after a few repetitions I can send what I need to from Consensus and get back to what I'm doing in a minute or two. Cons Nothing, in my mind there is nothing wrong with Consensus. I am a very happy use of Consensus. Pros Consensus changes traditional presentations by turning them into interactive video demos that adjust to the specific needs of each viewer. This level of personalization lets potential customers focus on features that matter most to their industry and role, resulting in a buyer-led experience instead of one controlled by the seller. Cons Consensus is missing some advanced video editing features, like automatic captioning and virtual backgrounds for personal introductions. I believe our success is due to one internal person being assigned to setting up our account over each person learning on their own and having to create the content. Pros Ease of use, personalization and prospect engagement! Our company invested in Consensus and assigned one person to set it up, create product videos and train the sales staff. Since using Consensus in my email communications, I am able to track views and engagement. I also include a personalized video which I have received positive feedback on. The features are useful, and allow for easy content sharing. Cons I think the UI could be improved more to facilitate ease of navigation throughout the application.
