We've received multiple compliments from recipients of our demos that they "like the way that was presented." The ability to see if the recipients are watching and sharing your demo is great! While the platform is amazing, in itself, what is the key differentiator is their support team, who are always willing to jump in, take ownership, and partner with you to see the best possible results. I am excited for what the future will be in further utilization of this product. Pros I really love how creative this platform allows you to be, in engagement with current and prospective clientele. There is an enablement to include relevant and pertinent data customized for each client it is directed to. Consensus allow for business snapshot to still have a wide scope for the audience, in lieu of a standard live/in-person meeting. Also, the customer support is, by far, the best that you could ever ask for. They are patient, knowledgeable, and intuitive, to say the least. Cons At first, it took a short time to work out small bugs that did not allow for accurate visibility of view rates from the clients. Pros I think the best thing about Consensus is the fact that I can integrate it with Gmail and easily find what I need to share with my customers. The integration is great! The demos are easy to share and my prospects have had good feedback about them. I'm able to dive deeper on calls, spending more time on specific pain points and how our solution solves for those pain points, without taking as much time from my prospects as I would if we did a demo live. Cons The only downside to Consensus is that you are not doing a live demo and hearing your prospects' questions in real time. However, you can adjust your process to follow up quickly after the alert that they viewed the demo to engage and answer questions that may have come up. I also always coordinate a follow up call before I send the Consensus links so I know we have time on the calendar to dig in deeper to the solution and how it can solve their specific pain points . Thank you so much! Pros I love that it has increased collaboration in our company. I do not make the videos, but we are able to give ideas to our consultants. We end up working closely on what pains our clients are having and they are able to add videos very quickly with our input. This has also made our sales cycle shorter because our clients have busy schedules and cannot always have a group of their team meet at the same time for a demo. Sending demo videos to their team and seeing if they forward them out is very helpful. I have had sales close quickly with just this effort alone. Cons I really love Consensus and they seem to add little new nuggets to make the experience better - without interrupting my use of it. It's so impactful. I have saved so much time on demoing to clients, because they are able to watch a Consensus prior and have a greater understanding before the demo (live demo.) This allows the client to have a understanding walking into the live demo, and then they are able to focus on more niche or specific questions to get answers, and overall speed up their decision making process. Pros Everything about Consensus is amazing. The ability to customize what you are planning to import, and once you are creating a presentation is truly amazing. I love the ability to upload anything in concensus to be able to share with clients, and the ability to see what they have watched and receive an audit trail. It allows sales representatives to also see the product, and ensure they are actually reviewing the content. It helps relay the value of the product to clients for purchase, and sales representatives to allow understanding of the product. Cons I wish it was easier to send multiple Consensus demos/videos to the same client at once. I also wish I could send it to multiple people in the same client profile verse having to do it individually. However, once you send to one client then I am able to populate the client demographic information for other videos/demos. Alternatives considered [Webex Suite](https://www.capterra.com/p/237272/Webex/) Reason for choosing Consensus Consensus has the ability to make the entire process much easier and streamlined than any other product. It helped me share with customers information about our solutions and have them better prepared for our followup meeting with questions . It helped me shorten the sales cycle, reduce time and get an insides on how prospects interacted with the content and when. That allows to fune tune the communication. I can get a ton of information out to my Prospects showing them details for each of our different systems. It would be nearly impossible to transfer this much info as quickly using a standard personalized email format. Also, the analytical tools in Consensus allow my team leadership to track the effectiveness of my Consensus usage. Cons No cons to speak of. It is a great tool to have for my daily tasks. July 26, 2023 5.0 Consensus helps me with 1) Increasing my customer base reach and helps me saves time! I can send emails to multiple customers using the pre-recorded video demo! I don't have to keep on creating multiple video demos and book a one on one with each customer. Also, this in fact streamline my sales process and so far the most effective tool for me because I found that since I use Concensus, customers response increase a lot more too! Time is indeed money in sales and Consensus has proven to be my best friend as I was able to reach my monthly sales quota since! Pros Consensus pre recorded video demos helps a lot in shortening my sales process! The client can view the video demo at their own pace and time and once I call back the customer, it's a lot easier to talk to them about the product and address any queries customers might be having. I can increase the number of customer reach using Consensus and I love that customers are more responsive because it's a more professional way of sending video demos rather than youtube links! I love that I was also able to upload a pre recorded video introduction to the video demos sent to my customers making it a more customized selling approach! Cons It would be nice if I am able to upload more video content without the need to get approval through admin so I can have the flexibility around that.
