We are able to hold customer's attention in our product demo's better and ensure we are doing the discovery cycle in the best way possible helping unearth the customers pain problems so our demo's aren't robotic but speaks how we can solve their problems effectively. If i have a little bit of interest, I can use the demo to get eyes on the product way earlier than i normally may. It always gets the point across and I can gauge interest based on how they watched the demo. Cons It takes some time to get demos into the system. This isn't concensus's fault, but more of an internal struggle. When sending consensus demos on a mass scale, you only get a link instead of the video box. I like having the box instead. Cons During my time using Consensus, I have yet to come across any significant weaknesses in the solution. Cons No real cons except that there is only 1 link that allows to capture meta data when mktg the product through social media sites. Perhaps more emphasis on this would be great. I like how we are able to track viewer metrics to see who is actually watching our demos. And I love how easy it is to share demo videos across the organization. Pros The simplicity of the dashboard and the quick/efficient manner you can create and send contact to potential leads. From a recipient's point of view, it is quick and simply to access the content that has been sent to you. The personal aspects that can be added like specific introductions and custom thumbnails is a key feature. You can copy previous demo boards and can send out to straight another recipient or you can edit it and customise the board to make it more personable. All without having to make new demonstrations.The data analytics behind the demo board can be used to see who they have shared this to and build up a picture of stakeholders involved in the buying process. The analytics have also helped to tailor future meetings and demonstration as you can see heatmaps on what areas of your demonstration/demo board have been important to them. Cons The user interface could be improved- include folders as search return results from the search bar.Add further advanced branching demo boards- can currently only incorporate 1 question. When I cannot get support from my Solutions Team, Consensus is a lifesaver. Consensus not only allows the customer to digest complex information from the product but also enables them to choose what is most important to them, which is invaluable. Cons I would say that Consensus is beneficial across the board, but there are limitations to "real-time Q&A " that they are not able to have when they are not interacting with a member of our team over a Demo. Pros The ability to make every video personalised. You have a library of different videos that you can use and sent to prospects to give them an overview of your products and solutions but you can also add your own commentary to it or do a quick intro at the start. Cons Navigating around it may sometimes be a little bit difficult for someone who is brand new to using it.
