Pros For our application where volunteers can nominate what days they will work, Xoyondo is a great piece of software.The latest improvement where the poll header column (with suggested dates and times) is now always visible makes it so much easier to use. Cons There is nothing I dislike, but I\`d still like to see a means for participants to be able to upload photos and add descriptions, that other participants could download. Reasons for choosing xoyondo Xoyondo was easy to use and the format suited our needs. Pros \- Ease of use: It is very simple to choose several potential dates for a meeting and to create the poll where everybody can vote - Many option to customize your meeting polls, e.g., every participant can only choose one date, yes-no-maybe polls - So far, customer support always responded very quickly Cons So far the tool is purely web-based.
