Using CFK has saved me so many hours of admin I cannot recommend it enough and look forward to seeing it evolve in the future. Pros So easy to email all my customers, professional booking confirmations, allows customers to pay by card, no writing down birthdays, easy waiting list management, I could go on! Cons Discount codes aren't fit for purpose for me, wish I could use SMS like I can email to communicate with my customers. Pros When searching for a product to help me run my classes class4kids made my decision easier by being very helpful and supportive from the beginning. Not being very well educated on the online side of things infelf they explained the system etc easily for me.. It was easy to set up and customers found it easy to use. I hadn't long got my teeth into using the system when I was closed down due to covid. Having class4kids understanding and support has been one less thing for me to worry about. Pros It is very easy to use. With a couple of clicks you can contact all your students, or a particular class. Our parents think it is so much easier to register and pay for classes. It's great just to open a register and see who is yet to pay fees. Cons The copy phone numbers doesn't work, so I can never text multiple numbers via class for kids. Review Source KL Karen L. It gave me so much more time to be present with my children and less busy work. Pros My favourite feature is the ease of use! From not having to keep track of tons of paperwork for each child, to ticking them in on the virtual register, to knowing when their birthdays are in order to make them feel special, it makes running sign-up, and sign-in a breeze. Cons If someone signs up mid-month as a subscription they aren’t charged for the final two weeks of the month. You have to physically invoice them or charge extra the following month. Pros This platform does all the jobs you hate to do: invoicing; bookings and registers. You can also collect payments using Stripe. It is very easy to use particularly when you want to rerun classes each term. It is also helpful when completing accounts. Cons It records what invoices you send but doesn't record emails. Pros Register management and customer contact details and permissions all captured in one place. Easy to access on laptop and mobile phone. Cons Can't sent attachments to emails to customers. Reason for choosing ClassForKids Another colleague/franchisee was already using this system. Monthly fee was waived for a period of time. Discount on the future monthly cost as I'm a franchisee. April 14, 2021 5.0 100% recommend to anyone who loves running activity classes but hates the admin slog which traditionally goes with it! super easy to use, super friendly staff, exactly what I was looking for. Pros I am not the most tech savvy customer however I find this product so easy to use from set up to customer services. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and I feel listened to whenever I have asked a question. Cons It would be great if staff could highlight children's names on the registers who may have a medical issue or who can have photo's taken - not the of the world as the information is captured, you just need to find it. Pros This software enables me to schedule classes and contact all parents quickly and easily. I can track bookings and get stays in course uptake. The subscription option is fantastic and easily paused at the click of a button. The amount of time I now have to spend on admin has been greatly reduced, freeing me up to concentrate on the actual service I provide. It is easy to set up snd use, I love that everything is all in one place, ie registers, customers details, finances, aspects of admin, emailing facilities- the list goes on! Support is great as well, answers to questions are speedy and replied via the site and your email. I am very happy with the service.
