Pros Chronos is easy enough to use for punching in and out (for hours worked/breaks taken) during a work day. Cons The first time I used it, I had no idea that you needed to "refresh" the page to accept the timestamp. The support is quick and they are open for new ideas and they willing to improve and implement new things. The support wants to understand your needs and they are helping you how to solve it in the system. Currently, we are handling 4 different workflows before we did it in excel and we have a lot of improvement, less admin work, more transparency, easy to follow up etc. From these 4 workflows, I created 2 workflows alone without any IT background (I have the financial background). There are more features, this is good, but the program is more complex, so the process set up is more difficult. Some new features do not work properly. It is true that the number of functionality is increasing as we would like to fit to more and more client needs but we hope the process administration, the basic functionality has been better with the new design, more understandable functional buttons and by the overally yearly upgrade in Q3-Q4 2016. As a self-service tool it dramatically reduced the process creation time to hours/days. Very good and intuitive pricing & licence options. Mobile+tablet optimized for the ultimate web-access. WYSIWYG! Pros Built-in business process designer (drag&drop). Not a workflow development platform and no need coding/IT help to create processes, parametering process forms, routings, subprocesses, complex workflows.
