Jumbula is affordable; they offer a discount for non-profits, which we appreciate. Jumbula has helped us move from a mess of Google Forms and Spreadsheets to one location for families to register and to document their information. The administrative app allows our staff to access allergy, medical, and contact information quickly on their phones.

Pros

What I like most about Jumbula is its flexibility, which perfectly suited our program and class registration needs. This adaptability allowed us to tailor the system to fit our specific requirements.

Cons

We invoice families after they do semester registration, and we weren't able to do that on Jumbula. We do, however, use JB for one-time event registration, and that has been helpful.

We’ve been using it for 8 years now! Our customers are familiar with it, and the registration process is simple and easy to use.

Pros

Fast, responsive customer service, always helpful, friendly, and open to feedback, suggestions, and continuous improvement!

Cons

A bit tedious to generate the custom reports we need. It would also be great to have a chess tournament data extraction feature.

We moved from a different registration system. I vastly prefer Jumbula to the old system. I have no intention of swithcing platforms.

Pros

They've always been prompt to answer any questions I have and routinely add features to enhance their service. The user interface is intuitive.

Cons

There a minor differences between titling your program class or before/aftercare. Sometimes it's not easy to tell what the differences are, but this is pretty minor.

Since starting with Jumbula, the transition from our last provider was very smooth. Adding classes and participants is very straight forward. The user interface is easy for participants to navigate. Any questions I have are always answered thoroughly and a solution is always provided. Help is always available.

We started using Jumbula in 2021. We used a couple of different products before finding Jumbula. It by far is more flexible and customizable by the user. Whenever I need help, the support services are very responsive. Our customers find it very easy to use.

Pros

Very affordable. Jumbula is very customizable to what we have needed for our registration process. It seems like the developers have thought of everything.

Cons

Jumbula is designed to allow flexibility by the user. If you want someone to set everything up for your organization, try a different program. You will pay much more though.

Overall it’s a large multifunctional platform that can do a lot of different things, but its size and capabilities make it a little buggy. It does what I need it to do, but it has some small quirks that I take issue with. I'd love to see some better UX/UI features in newer updates

I appreciate their customer support team, since Jumbula has so many functionalities it can be hard to know what certain things mean and do, and the people on the customer service team are very helpful in walking you through how to do things - especially the live support from actual people (not AI)

Cons

A bit buggy and not intuitive to navigate - there are a lot of words with vague meaning (or icons like an eye for) to denote very specific things in ways that are really not intuitive and there are some programming features that don’t make sense (for example when I program certain registration forms, if someone registered for more than one class it defaults to a different registration form instead of the one I programmed, unless I change it on for every program - why would this need to be a different form?)

The easy to follow set up explanations. They have a fast responding help email. Very precise and to the point detailed response.

I've been very impressed and happy with my overall experience. I have already recommended it to friends and family that are looking to start programs of their own.

Pros

My small business has been in operation for 3 years now and I've always felt supported through my inquiries about the functionality and capabilities of the Jumbula platform. The support team is highly responsive, and I've witnessed them actively make changes to their system based on my feedback about ways to improve. I love how easy it is for families to register once they've established a profile, and the mobile app now provides easy access to pertinent camper/family contact information while I am out running camps and away from my laptop. Their reporting has significantly improved too!

Cons

There was a significant learning curve with building camp sessions, organizing seasons, and tracking the information that I deemed necessary at the time my small business was being established. The app was a bit hard to navigate at first, but I am more comfortable after lots of practice. There is still room of improvement with providing options for families to sign their kids in and out with a camp-based program. The way that aspect of the platform is currently designed seems to cater more to afterschool care and similar programs who see the same roster of families for weeks or even months at a time.
