is affordable; they offer a discount for non-profits, which we appreciate. Jumbula has helped us move from a mess of Google Forms and Spreadsheets to one location for families to register and to document their information. The administrative app allows our staff to access allergy, medical, and contact information quickly on their phones.

Pros

What I like most about is its flexibility, which perfectly suited our program and class registration needs. This adaptability allowed us to tailor the system to fit our specific requirements.

Cons

We invoice families after they do semester registration, and we weren't able to do that on . We do, however, use JB for one-time event registration, and that has been helpful.

Since starting with , the transition from our last provider was very smooth. Adding classes and participants is very straight forward. The user interface is easy for participants to navigate. Any questions I have are always answered thoroughly and a solution is always provided. Help is always available.

I believe fairly good value for the price point from a customer service perspective as compared to the market.

Pros

Customer service is quick and most tickets get resolved quickly. Software can be mostly customizable to your business needs.

Cons

Software and portal can be clunky for customers especially those who are not tech savvy or intuitive. Often customers misinterpret how to make a change correctly to their payment information.

My overall experience with has been very positive. I enjoy what the system can do in terms of organizing information and providing a seamless experience for both staff and users. What I liked most about is their incredibly responsive customer service—it’s reassuring to know that quick, reliable support is always available when needed. The platform itself is very robust and flexible; if you’re creative, there’s so much you can do with it. While it’s clearly tailored for youth and childcare programs, it’s also easily adaptable for adult programming, which gives it the feel of a diversified portfolio of programs in one system. The new sign-in and attendance collection features are a game changer and have made a big impact on our day-to-day operations. Overall, I really enjoy the system and everything it offers.

At times, the platform can feel a bit challenging to navigate, but this improves with familiarity. Once you learn where things live, the system becomes much easier to use and very powerful.

### "Love Jumbula!"

We started using in 2021. We used a couple of different products before finding Jumbula. It by far is more flexible and customizable by the user. Whenever I need help, the support services are very responsive. Our customers find it very easy to use.

Pros

Very affordable. is very customizable to what we have needed for our registration process. It seems like the developers have thought of everything.

Cons

is designed to allow flexibility by the user. If you want someone to set everything up for your organization, try a different program. You will pay much more though.

The app has a lot of capabilities. You can create multiple programs, link it to your existing platforms, or go with theirs

Pros

The applicability of the app for registration purposes, and with attendance. There support team is responsive.

Cons

They seem to be starting up a bit larger and faster than their infrastructure may allow for. There are alot of clicks involved at times, in getting thing done with multiple programming.

We moved from a different registration system. I vastly prefer to the old system. I have no intention of swithcing platforms.

Pros

They've always been prompt to answer any questions I have and routinely add features to enhance their service. The user interface is intuitive.

Cons

There a minor differences between titling your program class or before/aftercare. Sometimes it's not easy to tell what the differences are, but this is pretty minor.

Overall we're thrilled with . We used to have so many manual processes that are now controlled centrally and save us so much time. It's easier to manage students, classes, and teachers. The payment processing has saved us money. Jumbula listens to feedback to continually make improvements to the software. We're really happy with the product!

Pros

transformed our work flow from simply taking customer payments to a full-blown class management and customer payment focus. It integrates with our website and is pretty intuitive to figure out. We also use Jumbula for payment processing, which has saved us money and enabled us to easily access financial reports.

Cons

You currently can't take one-off payments for individual items unless you create an invoice that is linked to a class and ask a customer to pay the invoice. We're hoping this improvement is coming in future releases.

Generally a great program registration and check-in/out attendance tracking software that meets the needs for a small nonprofit organization like us. The attendance tracking feature makes it more worth than a simple Google Form or TypeForm.

Pros

Customer service has been responding promptly with helpful answers. Integrates easily with our website. We really like how the software has a mobile app and that we can assign different permission levels without overcomplicating it. We've noticed general improvements in the last few months.

Cons

The admin dashboard can feel somewhat clunky, but I know they’re working on updates, including the new Next-Gen Dashboard. The registration portal already has a more modern look, as shown in the website screenshots, compared to the backend. There’s a bit of a learning curve, but overall it’s manageable and learnable.

We've been using for years and enjoy it with no plans on switching. As our org grows, it's been able to grow with us. It's affordable and practical.

Pros

Cons

There is still room to improve their apps for mobile devices. The family facing platform is okay but could use some usability improvements. Parents still don't seem to know how to navigate and where to do things.

Great! They were always prompt in answering email and phone calls. Our onboarding specialist, Ignacio, is very approachable and makes asking questions, training our staff or trouble shooting easy. The platform is easy to use, and there are lots of tutorial videos and articles to guide you through learning their system.

Pros

This software had the properties we needed to sell our program the way we wanted to. We have multiple registration periods a year, and we are able to sell our classes and future classes at the same time - while offering additional merchandise at the time of purchase.

Cons

We wanted to be able to create reports in a more customizable way than is currently available. However, the team is very open to suggestions on how they can make their product even better. We felt very heard and are sure that their ongoing enhancements will work out any issues we are currently having.

Reason for choosing Jumbula

We chose because we were able to set up our registrations in a very custom way. Also, the cost of Jumbula was much better - and had a monthly subscription option instead of only a per-transaction fee. Another big selling point for us was the email campaign features. We really loved that their system auto removes duplicates and that parents can unsubscribe directly from the email they receive and it gets stored in our mailing lists.

We wanted to be able to hide a class registration from the public - and invite only current students. They did not have that capability. 6Crickets also made it fairly clear that we did not own our customer's information, which we didn't like. And lastly we wanted to be able to sell multiple (future) blocks of classes at one purchase instead of parents having to re-register. Again, 6Crickets did not have that capability. They also were not very transparent with their Marketplace enrollment.

### "I love the Jumbula team"

When I first contracted with this company, I was focus on a couple of particular solutions in a cost efficient way. As things progressed, we ended up solving a lot more at no additional cost. Just it was there. I have a second business and I had no doubt to jump once more and use the same system for that other business as well.

Pros

I appreciated the support during the training and setting up process, but the best has been the positive feedback we’ve received from parents regarding the easiness of the registration process. When parents tell you how smooth this system () was compared to others around, that praise seriously confirms you made the right choice.

Cons

A few more features could be added for mailing campaigns but I know the team is already working on it.

It has been great having a website just for our classes and camps at a reasonable price!

Pros

Support is great! They are quick to respond, always helpful and open to suggestions. Shout out to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] - thank you for your consistent help and patience!! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was very nice to work with during the consultation process, helping to make the set up easy!

Cons

The reports can be too much - too much info to slog through to get what I need and it has to be done for each season. I wish that when I created reports with exactly what I need on them, those report options would be available for other seasons.

Being a non-profit, raising money for public education, we needed an affordable product, and one that was easy to use. The other 3 we looked at were much more expensive because they offered a lot of extra things that we did not need or want.

has been a valuable tool to help with our music program registration and student/family database of information. We like that their is text messaging and the phone apps will be increasingly useful to facilitate our program needs along with the participants.

Pros

has streamlined our registration and student information management. It has been an easy learning curve, and there are plenty of helpful resources and online video tutorials to help navigate the platform.

Cons

Sometimes the information from the browser platform did not match perfectly to the app versions, but updates have been made over the last year to make the information more consistent.

Overall, is a very registration platform for our microschool.

Pros

We use this software as our primary registration tool for our microschool. It interfaces well with our website and has many useful features. Whenever we run into a question or issue, the support team is always very responsive. They are very receptive to suggestions for changes and additional features.

Cons

The learning curve can be a bit difficult for certain features when setting up classes and registrations. I think this is simply due to the fact that, in order to make the software useful to a broad range of clients and applications, there are SO many functions and settings.

### "Good basic registration system"

My overall experience with has been okay. Since, July, I stopped contacting customer service because they were non-responsive for customer service help (I think I asked for help two times before giving up this was not the case when I first started working with Jumbula). I managed and figured it out on my own afterwhile. My summer camp is almost over and I'm willing to give them another try next summer. Hopefully, the aforementioned items will be taken care of.

Pros

I love that this software is affordable and has the opportunity to be great. In the beginning, the customer service representative was very helpful in helping me setup the system. The software has some great functionality like the check-in/check-out tool and personal website page. The registration form once setup is easy to follow and use.

Cons

The functionality for managing volunteers is missing. I couldn't schedule or manage volunteers on this platform nor staff really. The interface with WIX doesn't work well, and activating payment via customer service. The website page they provide is great but the registration information for families to register would not save by grade appearing out of sorts once published on the website. There was no fix for this.

Reason for choosing Jumbula

We just launched a summer camp this summer (small camp less than 40). I chose because of the price and the said functionality during their presentation.

As a rapidly growing company, was an answer to our administrative prayers, but the ease of use wasn't everything we had hoped for. Still, I believe that with time we will learn all of the functions and sufficient workarounds. Meanwhile Jumbula is constantly updating features in an attempt to improve, so I am optimistic that we will love it one day.

Pros

I love having all of our processes in one place. Registration and waivers, family information, invoicing and attendance. I no longer have to switch between multiple platforms and spreadsheets. As we expanded greatly over the past year, our administrative tracking needs have too.

Cons

Most of what I dislike about this software is involving the user interface and user experience. I feel that could easily go from good to GREAT if this area alone was improved. The other part is the staff being trained to explain what functionality the software does have, and being intimately familiar with it. I realize that our company has unique needs, but I'm constantly running into issues with functionality that slow me down or cause me to have to create workarounds, increasing my administrative workload. I'm optimistic that with time and better staff training this will improve.

Overall, our experience has been horrific. We have had numerous issues with getting the product to work for us and have spent countless hours emailing and trying to get help from their customer service. We have put in many help "tickets" that have never received any response. Most recently we have been trying to cancel and can not get anyone to return our calls or emails.

Pros

While there were a few things that we liked about the bad definitely outweighed the good and made this product painful to use.

We found the set of to be simple, quick and very straight forward. Support was prompt and always helpful! It was easy to have it in Canadian dollars, where other program did not offer us that.

### "From 380 customer service interactions per summer season...to ONE."

Did you read the part about reducing customer service interactions from 380+ to 1? We've saved so much admin time that we got busy with other thing!

Pros

has completely streamlined and revamped our daycamp registration process. We've gone from 2017, nearly 400 customer service interactions for our daycamps (almost a 1:1 ratio for registrations to interactions, each one anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour)...to ONE for 2018, and that one mostly involved getting her started by clicking the right link. Super streamlined and intuitive, with a well-thought-out GUI that makes sense to busy parents.

Cons

Reporting needs some work; it would be nice if all reports lived in the same place. The administrative side of things isn't quite as intuitive as the customer-facing interface, but it's also not bad: reasonably speedy, pretty interface, etc. Responsive design would also be nice, or a mobile admin app for tablets / phones.

### "Great registration software"

Well functioning registration software for a reasonable price.

Pros

has reduced the amount of time we spend on our after-school yoga program registration dramatically. It offers many useful features from roster creation to email campaigns, an app for instructors to access rosters and sign students in and out, financial reports, a program calendar, and much more. The registration process is easy for parents. Most of our families sign up repeatedly — once they create an account, they don't have to enter all their information again, saving them time as well. Jumbula's customer support is outstanding, responding quickly to any questions or concerns. We also appreciate that the developers are very receptive to customer feedback and continue to improve the software, adding new features on a regular basis.

Cons

Even though the software is designed well and relatively easy to figure out on your own, a few more tutorials would be helpful. We would also like to see a store feature, and we were told that it is in the works. There is a way to add products in the current version, but it is very limited and does not include any drop-down menus, or features like sales tax, shipping, etc.

Fantastic customer service! Love the app as well and love how our instructors can access all their registrations, etc. simply and easily.

Pros

The team at have thought of everything! Every time I think something can't be done, I discover that Jumbula has already anticipated it and incorporated it into the program. It's obvious they've done their research and learned from actual people who rely on the program. This is the first program I've used for registration purposes that is simple, intuitive and user-friendly. So happy I stumbled upon it when searching for a new platform to use for this exact purpose. Can't recommend highly enough.

Cons

I needed a bit of hand holding to get started and I still wish there was an option to sell licensed merchandise on the site.
