Cons

Limitations around linking subtasks with other parent tasks Limitations around which objects it recognizes in salesforce Limitations around how many predecessor tasks a given task can have Limitations around reporting out of taskfeed - requires KPI's to be set up and it is hard to get a task start date/time timestamped to report on

I had a great experience with Precursive and would recommend it to other Onboarding teams.

Pros

We were looking for a tool that could integrate with Salesforce, and Precursive was the optimal choice. We can trigger projects based on opportunities closing, can assign tasks to the right team members, and keep everyone in our company up-to-date on progress and blockers. It helped streamline our onboarding and showed us where we had gaps to improve.

Cons

The software can be clunky at times and not the most intuitive.

This is a frustrating software that could easily be replaced if someone else built something similar in Salesforce. They took over Taskfeed, and I was hoping this would improve, but it has not yet done so. It is so well thought out, that the slowness is that much more disappointing. It could be game-changing software if they'd just make it faster.

Pros

I like the ability to create boards and cards that standardize our project tracking, and directly tie that data into Salesforce.

Cons

I HATE how slow it is. The amount of time it takes to pull up information reminds me of 1998 dial-up internet. When I move multiple cards in a row, chances are a few of them are going to revert back. When I change stages, there's a good chance it will revert back.

There is way to much informations to log in and to choose from. It give a non user friendly impression.
