Great. We certainly challenged them with what we wanted, and they literally re-invented the wheel for us. Ultimately developing a new product to fit our needs.

Pros

It does what we want in a quick and simple format. Completely customizable to our needs.

Cons

We weren't able to access the phone cameras zoom or able to use selfie sticks directly through the app itself. But a simple work around resolved that issue.

Overall we had a good experience with Snappii and it helped move our company into the digital age and away from paper and pencil forms.

Pros

Snappii had a very fast implementation and good support team. We were able to quickly get up and running and they were very responsive to our needs.

Cons

The system could be a bit buggy with some lost forms, but the team was always quick to respond and try and resolve the issue.

The attentiveness of the \[sensitve content hidden\] during the development of our app was second to none and has continued after implementation. Both made the development and implementation process painless and fast. I still cannot believe the turnaround time from first discussion to testing. Snappii's product was a perfect fit to fix a long-time deficiency in our processes. My \[sensitve content hidden\] said it best when choosing Snappii, "I feel like with are developing a partnership, not just buying a product!".

Cons

Literally nothing. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with the Snappii team. Not only myself but my entire management team all the way to the\[sensitve content hidden\] have praised this process and end product for our company.
