It is an all in one tool, works perfect. Pros I love the ease of use, seamless interface. It supports extremely large mindmaps which are the kinds I eventually end up making. I was able to layout various course or programs for clients. I used to layout business processes. There are so many things you could use this for. I have over 100 different mindmaps! It's also great for just braindumping ideas or brainstoming with other people using the collaborate feature. Pros Mindmeister is very easy and intuitive to use. You have the ability to use various types of mapping layout including free form. I love that I can create presentaions and even export my mind maps into various forms Cons I don't really have anything negative to say. You can assemble an entire room even remotely for an interactive activity and observe student initiatives. Pros The software is intuitive and very easy to use. I doesn't take to long to learn how it works and it's functions. The students love it, because it returns the protagonism of production and develops knowledge and study of a given subject and fun ans easy way. One of my stockholders, a Wharton Professor, to me to forget it because very few people could understand such graphs. He was wrong. I started making Mind graphs like yours by gerrymandering MS Project but it is not the way to go. Pros Everything, especially the suggested links. Cons Price...right as of now., We will be buying it. June 9, 2020 4.0 I am using MindMeister to keep track on complex projects and to use it during status meeting for review of the current status and to capture all the brainstorming thats going on during those sessions. I find it very usefull to get a grip on all issues involved. I am using it activley in most of my discussions because it provides a graphicall depiction of the thought process that helps everybody involved to "get the big picture" while capturing and following up on the details as well. Pros MindMeister is easy to use and offers all the functionality needed to get your ideas organized. It perfectly supports tracking of tasks and help covering additional ideas coming up along the way during your daily project life. Cons Until now I found most of the features I desired. I regret that I agreed to subscribe to the service. Cons Impossible to see the overview of a mindmap clearly. Not being able to print out the page to discuss with colleagues. I begged the client service to allow me to exit the subscription as I have not used the service for 2 years and didn't realize it. They declined. Very very very bad customer service. Pros It was so easy to use and so much more preferable to make mindmaps using this software than manually because of how efficient it is. It's nice how the mindmap can be as detailed as you want without wasting paper, and you can also collapse parts to minimize the details as you wish. You can also share your mindmaps with your friends. It's fantastic! Cons The options for decoration are pretty minimal, it would also be wonderful if i knew how to move the bubbles and branches around the map the way i want it. Review Source JD Jester D. This grants not only myself, but all the other teams involved, a much greater view for an overall perspective that other sites may not have. Pros Very easy to get started, easy to select selections for various types of connections, symbols, shapes, lines, etc. I truly enjoy the ability to simply tab and add another step, then modify it further with the provided tools. Upgrading to Personal was a great choice as I am able to export this map to an image or PDF, making it even easier to share the work. I am studying Cognitive Science and I see mapping the things as a great, effective and useful thing to do. Its almost like a quasi-language of mind. I really like the simplicity of the platform design and all different features. I miss the things which I have described in "Cons" part of the review. But I see all of this as highly professional. Possibility to write this review to you and the lean design of this whole process is really good. Pros Creating MindMaps, or any kind of maps. - shareable - easy to store - easy to edit - simple solution for visualizing ideas - almost as flexible as having a marker in my hand - ability to reference ideas to other materials, content and other people Cons The "Get started" manual had some bugs, and I couldn't get further in the instructions. Too small icons. I had a problem to see them, I miss the ability to enlarge them or readjust them according to my needs. The flexibility of the map could is good, but could be better. 3D could be too complicated, but what about making a layers? Each layer could be for example partly transparent. Cons don't ever buy a product from @mindmeister - their customer service is awful. Also their auto-renewal feature means you can only downgrade after a year.
