Pros Best thing about this app, that you will have all the brand of devices. So you can access any device. All the things like lights, fan, air conditioner, security device can be handled in one app. You don't need to download different app for different devices. Pros It's very easy to used. I can add multiple products to the software and control them from thousands miles away. However, there are many other products out there like Wink, so you have to make sure that the product you purchase connects with Wink. Also, there is good security on the Wink software. Cons Well, I purchased a smart thermostat that was not compatible with Wink, but my fault for not checking. I can't download the history and it's time consuming to go several days back on the software. I really wish they would improve this. Would highly recommend. Pros Getting started is super easy and it easily syncs with everything that I need it to. Even though instructions pop up the designed is intuitive enough where by playing around for a few minutes will allow you to learn everything necessary. Cons Takes a little bit to load once the application is started. Very very minor issue.
