Pros: The app was easy to download and operate, shame about misleading pricing and very poor customer service

Cons: I downloaded from the app store, created an inventory report and then attempted to download. You are advised to contact customer service to activate your account. When phoning I was told they would not be interested in activating my account as it was only for one report and not worth it for them as they would only be interested in people spending over. I then questioned why did the app not inform me of this and why is the pricing on their website, the phone was then hung up.
