Leistungsstarke App, Instant Messenger, top Usability, einfache Einrichtung, sehr gutes Onboarding, und Unterstützung während der Einführungsphase, Software mit sehr großem Funktionsumfang

Preisstruktur durch Aufteilung in einzelne Module und Pakete etwas kompliziert

How easy it is to use. From an admin perspective and end user perspective it is quite intuitive to use.

Cons

Changes of the user profile have to be done by import and can't be manually modified.
