It can retrieve the data you are looking for but only if you provide the proper parameters. I can't really comment on the value for money since my organization pays for the software, and can't comment on support since I go to our IT for help instead of Logibec Cons As only a infrequent user, I find the interface confusing and naming of reports etc not intuitive. It can be slow if you are requesting a lot of data. Additionally, once you have the reports, it's difficult to get into excel or some other format that is more usable.
