Has options for reattempt of failed fee. **Pros:** Everything is in one place, super organised and very user friendly. We use it on a daily basis for our students. **Cons:** A whole process to follow in order to get in touch with Clubworx, wasn’t the case earlier. Also, although I have had issues, when I talk to someone who works for clubworx, they are typically nice. **Pros:** I like how clubworx had a software I needed for my type of virtual business and for the most part it is user friendly. Also, I like how you can create your own website through the clubworx software. **Cons:** I didn't like the mix up we had with the app when I first started using clubworx. I had access to it and then it was taken away and then to get it back, I had to start paying for it. This was embarrassing to explain to my members, not a good look. Also, I didn't like that once I got the app my members still couldn't get access to the zoom link. My business is completely virtual, so this has been frustrating going back and forth with clubworx.
