Overall, a really great tool for small/mid-size companies for document repository and basic audit functionality/reporting.

Pros

The best feature of ACE is the seamless integration of document control and the quality management system within the tool.

Cons

It's clear this tool is new to the market so there will be growing pains associated with that.

Pros

The system is highly configurable so processes can be customized in ACE to match your needs and current processes. We actually use the system internally to manage our own training and Quality processes. So, I have been the user in that sense and have always found ACE to be very user friendly.

Cons

Some people may not want to set up their configurations and validate them themselves, but PSC Software does offer services to configure and validate these items for your company if that is the case!

ACE is a great multi faceted experience with ACE Sign, LMS, Docs and inspection, I find myself leaving the software for other tools less and less

I love that ACE lets me manage my training and quality processes all in one place

Pros

I love the interface, it's minimal, but has a logical progression where every detail I need is quickly accessed.

Cons

I would like to see a module that anticipates an asset management deployment, and calibration/PM scheduling requirements. This is all configurable, but that may not be apparent to new administrators where the LMS system and document/project pieces are very apparent.

ACE is very practical software system to log all the test results accurately, and compile and provide data summaries to management in timely manner. Quality Assurance specialist could review the test results remotely (Especially helpful during the COViD-19 Pandemic to minimize employee numbers). Overall, ACE meets the good documenting practices for regulatory organizations to comply with GMP regulations.

Pros

ACE was very easy to use and to maintain a detailed and accurate recording of activities and results on quality control tests. Very intuitive software to enter data into relevant data management systems. This software also very helpful to perform tracking and trending of data as requested. To work remotely to compile data and provide data summaries to management in timely manner.

Cons

In the case of mistake during performing the test, the manual explanation was required to enter. The ACE system could be improved if the possible reasons could be provided as options to choose including the 'other' option as well.

Pros

It is the most essential product to have when running any kind of industry since it precisely keeps track of your every single process and documents it all so you would just need to focus on running your business!

Cons

It could take just a little time to get used to the system which is the case almost everyone new. But other than that I dont see any flaws in it

Overall, a really great tool for small companies or those who just want a secure, easily searchable system for storing their electronic documents.

Pros

An economic option and great for small companies that are implementing an eQMS for the first time. Great for companies that are just looking for an eDMS.

Cons

Improvement needed in the more advanced eQMS features that go beyond document control, such as the audit module. Allowance for more customization would be appreciated.

Enormous increase in efficacity to manage documents. Easy to obtain KPIs. Standardization of our proesses. No loss of documents. Better awareness and oversight on the quality system.

Ease to use Dashboards and direct status of each documents and workflows Cloud based

Cons

Configuration is not simple in order to have workflows that are fully GMP. For example many attempts were required to configure a workflow that would prevent an action from being completed before another one was, possibility to change due dates by users, etc. In GMP, this is important and the configuration of ACE is not easy in that sens. Our system is not yet fully GMP in that aspect.

It is a good platform to use for its user friendly approach and all-in-one type of environment

Pros

It’s super easy to learn and use. The search feature gives you easy access to documents being searched. It’s nice to have QC, Micro, validation and engineering documents all in one platform.

Cons

I wish we could link all documents related to a specific equipment by simple selecting an equipment number as opposed to individual protocol or document numbers.

ACE made it easy to take everything digital and stop using old paper validation systems

Pros

ACE is very intuitive and easy to use while still offering all the functionality you need.

Cons

If you don’t have a technical background configuring the workflows could take getting used to but it is a very simple UI and easy to learn.
