“Entreflow Consulting Group's use of Feedb”

OverallThis is a very cool app that is not unlike many apps out there to help assist companies to get reviews for their business, but this company has chosen to go after the QBO market which is making our lives a lot easier with the integration that it has with Quickbooks. It brings in your contacts, but it also connects directly or redirects you to the (Intuit) Find an Accountant page which is handy for those of us who get lots of leads through there.
Prosthe prominent feature for this app is that it has the ability to send feedback requests to your clients or your network, and the feedback can get posted to sites such as Google, Yelp, and including the Intuit Find an Accountant page. There is also automatic feedback requests. Basically, if the person gives you positive feedback then it gives them the opportunity to post feedback to a number of different sites within the app, or it directs you to the Find an Accountant page to write the review there. Luckily, if the feedback is not positive then the feedback goes directly to the business owner. So rather than having people go straight to Google to write reviews; good, bad, and the ugly, you can you can be a bit more proactive with your reviews and wage a mechanism to navigate those negative reviews that you might get.
ConsSome of the requested features are that we would like the ability to send out a feedback request to our clients to ask feedback on our employees who are assigned to work on their files. That functionality is a little bit tricky to navigate right now, so it'd be great to be able to do that piece. Also, it would be nice to be able to pull reports based on the tags. So just a couple of very specific requests but ones that would definitely make our workflow a lot easier.

“Feedback management tool”

OverallAn expensive tool. Recommended to medium-sized businesses that need to manage feedback of their customers.
ProsFeedb lets you send notifications to your customers persuading them to leave a review. It then lets you analyze results that helps with decision making. 1. Campaigns are fairly automated and the customers get notified automatically. 2. Supports a team of 10 users. 3. Cross-platform and cross-channel tool.
Cons1. It is expensive as compared to other feedback management tools. 2. Needs to add more advanced features. The price doesn't justify the features as of now.

“It works!”

OverallFeedb has been a great addition to our business, after over a year of constant use it has really helped us grow our Yelp reviews and reduce the amount of bad reviews. “It works and it's very easy to use”

OverallI started using Feedb for the past month and it's really working. I was not used to asking for feedback from customers but now that I started doing it I've noticed that it makes them feel appreciated and it helps me know what I'm doing right or wrong in my business. I really recommend it.

“Easy to use and effective”

OverallI have been using Feedb for a few weeks now and it is really helping to get customers to post a review, it makes it easy for them and for us in a non intrusive way. I recommend to any business looking to grow reviews.
