Getting a lot for my money with a single platform.

Pros

Bundles with your Wix plan, meaning you get more for your money to not only have a site, but to also inherit its extra features for a small price. You can get all that square offers for paying customers much cheaper with Wix & its Booking features, plus more. Syncs well with multiple calendars, allowing for multiple employees be booked with different clients.

Cons

Lately the Wix platform will freeze and not continue through a link when selected, other than that, all works great.

I use it regularly to manage my schedule.

Pros

Wix bookings, like other Wix products, is simple to use. If you do have trouble there are plenty of resources to explain it to you. Wix Bookings syncs with your Google Calendar and can be synced to each staff member. It is integrated to the site and looks great.

Cons

Wix bookings is not good for booking multiple sessions. You can't select more than one session at a time. As well, you cannot allow a visitor to select a longer time than a preset session.

Pros

Super easy to set up and connect and it looked nice on the user end. But I ended up not using it because I could not customize it.

Cons

I was unable to customize it to work the same way that my prior scheduler worked. So I just went back to my original Setmore Calendar.

Pros

This is great for booking vacation rentals because it does everything for you and it even syncs with a calendar, it may be too in depth for some it has so many options!

Cons

This is a little too complicated for booking things such as free estimate appointments. There is just too much information to go through for a busy contractor, if they have an assistant that may be a different story.

None yet as it doesn't work as it should and Wix are not responding. They have taken the money from me for the unlimited package but Group Services still doesn't work. No response from Wix support either.

Pros

It seems easy to use and that is what makes it attractive. It syncs easily with Google Calender as well.

Cons

I set the whole thing up and then clicked to upgrade to unlimited so I could take Group Service bookings. This feature still didn't work despite the upgrade. I can find no support answer and nothing on the web about how to solve it. I checked everything many times. So Wix support began and it is the worst experience on the planet. Usually they don't actually answer your question they just cut and paste a standard reply that doesn't address the issue. Previous time they took so long to respond the reply was actually "sorry we toook so long do you still need help"? This time they have just decided not to answer at all despite me waiting days and submitting another ticket.

Wix Bookings is an amazing scheduling platform for small businesses. It integrates seamlessly with my Wix website and has a very intuitive management dashboard. It is a great value for money as comparing with other vendors it offers a very rich feature set for the lowest price. Easy and stunning!

Pros

\- Very easy to set up and manage - Integrates beautifully with my site - Rich feature set - Affordable - No commission

Cons

\- Need marketing features (coupons, packages) - Perhaps more info on the service would be great (video, more images etc)
