Weeks and several reminders to receive answers to very banal questions. Platform problems of all kinds: Incorrect translations, Integrations with other apps that don't work well, White Label panel poorly built and not working. I paid about $600 to get the White Label version that I could resell. MY customers upon registration pay Bookafy directly and then they should have paid me the share of the active accounts... But in the first 2 months of use they were never even able to show the amounts correctly in the dashboard and I did not receive any payment. Reported the problem for weeks but no one ever responded. I asked for a full refund given the system wasn't working but, after days and days of no response, I'm starting to think I've wasted time and money. Unprepared and dishonest! I tried others, but Bookafy was so far above them that it wasn't even close. The free tier is a godsend for nonprofits, and the paid tiers offer affordable features for leveling up. I don't usually rave about software, but wow, Bookafy is smooth and easy. Pros I am so pleased with this product because it offers nonprofits like ours a way for our library patrons to schedule their own appointments without overloading our librarian with email exchanges. As many nonprofit managers know, products like this usually come with extreme limitations unless you move up to a higher tier, but this product was ready to go for us with lots of features right out of the box. I am grateful that Bookafy exists and is so affordable, not to mention it's just well done all around. I can't say enough about it. Cons Nothing. It all works beautifully and intuitively. When I reached out to Bookafy it took 4 weeks for their first response. This was back in August 2019. I have been emailing them about 8 times, back and forth, with not being able to find the account ect. with the promise the refund would be made, but nothing came through. Then I decided to start a new claim hoping someone else would take the case and help but I NEVER got a response on that. Overall very disappointing and an overcharge of $252. Now it's May 2020 and this is my last resort to hopefully get our money back.
