What started off as a complex and difficult birth of a HR system turned into a dream once \[sensitive content hidden\] and \[sensitive content hidden\] took over. What could've been a painful experience was made far easier by being guided through the process by a pair who listened to us, and helped us. Couldn't recommend them more.

Pros

Product is complex, making no bones about that. It's not a plug and play system, but with the right team at XCD supporting and developing, they can make it sing.

Cons

Some of the UI customisations could be a little more user friendly, but I know this is being worked on.
