Very satisfied as a day to day user in the field. As an admin also very satisfied however there is still some room for improvement.

Pros

Fluix has a very intuitive user interface, very easy to use. The programming of the workflows is also very intuitive, however this still can be improved. The app on the Ipad is very nice, digital signing is very easy. Also data extraction of the files is made easy. Also the option of adding some integrations is very helpfull to upload documents to a server or sharepoint for example. Due to the fact that all the files are also indexed on your Ipad app, it is very easy to find a document in folders or sub-folders. I haven't come across better software then Fluix which does the same and has the same functionalities. Customer support is very friendly and replies rather quick. As a professional user I can highly recommend Fluix.

Cons

The configuring of the workflows can be improved, made more intuitive and easy to use. For example the link between the file storage and the workflows can be improved because it can be confusing and hard to configure a workflow. Sometimes another workflow needs to be used as an example to create a new one since its not always clear how to type the path or to create a new folder structure. Also an app for Android would be very nice, the same as there is for IOS.

I have been using Fluix for many years now and in my entire deck of client software I can say that it is clearly one of the best pieces of Software I have dealt with in years and the Fluix staff are amazing.

It is a solid product backed by amazing Technical and Support staff. I rarely find software where the people behind it are this passionate about their offering.

Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say about the software. I am in touch with the team around queries, questions and challenges and they engage and sort quickly and efficiently.

The level of reliability (which I certainly would like to highlight), the quality of customer service and the value for money are standards that are very high at Fluix, these make the collaboration between companies more efficient. These high standards are even noticeable for an experienced app user as me.

Pros

As an Offshore Windturbine Lead-technician, I use Fluix daily for 7 years already as my primary technical database. For me it contains tens of thousands pages of technical data where I need to find work instructions, electrical diagrams and spare parts. Through Fluix I can easily find the “needle in the haystack”. The search functionality is great! I can easily find the correct document, open it and search within. It enables me to manage large amounts of files. Not only for searching information but also filling in editable files and share them within our organisation. I’m using Fluix daily to fill out fillable checklists, pre-use checks, feedback forms, etc… The “Drafts” folder makes my standardised documentation so much more efficient. I can prepare documents up front and validate them with my signature on the spot if everything checks out or adapt accordingly if it doesn’t. The “Personal” folder allows me to save, highlight and organise important relevant information that I need often as references. The ability of editing fillable files by adding photos, screenshots, notes and even drawings sparks my creativity to simplify technically complex explanations. This allows me to make clear handovers for my colleagues which would otherwise require pages of text. The ability of sharing filled in documents within the organisation is what we use Fluix the most for. Those go through an approval process and are saved for various reasons. The most common example is to record previous findings that help to plan job visits accordingly. The tracking of these large amounts of data is made possible by using automated renaming functions of these documents. If those comply to a specific standard, finding the right information is made easy Saving those data for future reference is how we manage to keep our windturbines running at such a high level of availability.

Cons

One of the biggest advantages of Fluix, having the ability of sharing documents, is at the same time the biggest drawback: the shortcoming in data protection. Adding a two factor authentication login protocol can make the access to sensitive information more secure. The restriction on sharing documents only through a certain amount of trusted channels might be a good improvement. I could share intellectual property if I wanted through various apps like “Snapchat” or “ChatGPT”. This should not be the case. An other improvement idea for the use of Fluix within our organisation would be the compatibility with SAP FSM. A certain level of automation would be a big improvement in lowering the labour costs spent on administration. This however goes well beyond my level of knowledge on even the possibility of it.

Regarding the cons you've mentioned: Fluix does allow admins to lock down document sharing (e.g., disable downloads, email, printing), so the setup you experienced may have had more open permissions. As for SAP integration - we’re open and technically ready, but since SAP systems vary so much, it usually requires active collaboration with the customer's IT team to get it right. Regarding your note about the inability to switch between Siemens Energy A/S accounts, this limitation is due to SSO being enabled. This configuration was intentionally implemented for security reasons, in line with certifications that we are required to adhere to. Looking ahead, the account-switching feature may be removed entirely, even in cases where SSO is not enabled. In addition, we will reach out to you in a separate email to gather more details about your point regarding working only with PDFs. This will help us provide the necessary context to our product team.

we are now testing Fluix for almost 1 year and getting very good feedback from the users. so the further rollout is planned for the next year. but our internal processes need to be adjusted first

Ease of use and the great user acceptance very good user support with very fast respond times. also the whole Fluix team is very helpful and friendly

Cons

with all the workflows maintanance gets a little messy, because you can not group workflows. It would be very helpful to sort workflows into folders

Pros

Cons

I've enjoyed using FLUIX, it has been a great platform to share crucial, time sensitive information with colleagues.

Pros

FLUIX is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. My co-workers and I can share important documents effortlessly, which is important when they are travelling.

Cons

To be honest, there is nothing I dislike about FLUIX. The only problem I encountered was trying to download a word document, until I realized it had to be converted to PDF before uploading.

Fluix has been an excellent benefit to the business by reducing the amount of paperwork involved. and making the whole job a lot easier.

Pros

Fluix is extremely easy to set up and use with great document management making file sharing and collaboration with co workers very easy and simple, and if there is a problem the customer support is excellent and issues resolved quickly.

Cons

The sync can be quite slow sometimes but could be more to do with internet connection. maybe a FAQ section may help some users to get started.

Pros

It is very easy to set up user groups consisting of all kinds of emails, and an approval workflow for PDF files. The files can then be emailed, sent to many different types of file locations, and also extracted.

Cons

Some minor interface changes to the worse have been made and haven't been changed back. Example: when new interface was implemented it was no longer possible so see the number of selected files to be pushed to a group inbox BEFORE pressing Push. Instead you have to wait for sometimes minutes if you are pushing many files, and then you get a receipt with the number of files that WERE pushed. If you have selected the wrong number by mistake it can be awkward to locate the recently pushed files to delete them.

Fluix has been a tremendous benefit to our business. Utilising Fluix has seen a significant reduction in effort of our site management team in completing and collating all site Quality documentation. We have processed over 8,000 documents through the Fluix system in the last 18 months without any major issues, no lost documents, all documentation remains legible and traceable. Our business is a field based business working outdoors on sites which regularly experience high wind and in some cases high rainfall. Shifting from paper based quality to Fluix has eliminated the issues associated with paper in the environments as well as improving overall efficiency and quality.

Pros

Fluix offers a very simple to use platform which all team members can quickly embrace. In addition to its ease of use Fluix provides the ability to automate and control all of the workflow requirements on large scale projects, especially when relating to quality documents associated to inspection and testing activities. Because of the streamlined workflow and ubiquitous staff acceptance two of my recent major projects had no lost paperwork or payment delays attributed to Quality Documentation.

Cons

The only challenge I currently face with Fluix is its vulnerability to the file structure in the cloud storage. Once the workflows are set, should a team member change a file/folder name in the cloud then the workflow is broken and unavailable to field staff.

Overall, my experience with Fluix has been a great one. The customer service team and design teams are always open to suggestions and work hard to make needs a reality for the software and help in any way they can. The software itself has been wonderful for customers, technicians, and office staff alike in keeping track and linking the documents to the accounts. As the Administrative Document Specialist for my company, Fluix has made my job a lot easier with it's ease of use and compatibility with our customer software. I would definitely recommend it to colleagues.

Pros

Everything about Fluix has been great- from the customer service to the interface with Adobe. Using Fluix our technicians are able to have customers sign their documents in the field with out having to carry around paper contracts that may become illegible due to travel. We can then upload those signed documents directly to our customer's account and easily access those documents- whether in the field or in the office. Fluix is changing how we do business- for the better!

Cons

There are few cons to our using the Fluix software, however, one such con would be the drawing tool when using it for drawing graphs or other images for our documents. While it is a great feature, it could be improved upon greatly- currently there are several issues with keeping lines the same length also having to click or tap a choice multiple times instead of it staying on that choice until you choose otherwise.

The experience has been great. Fluix is willing to grow with us and gives us everything we need. It is indispensable in terms of managing and getting legal documents signed remotely.

Pros

The software can run on both an iPad and on a browser in Windows or Mac. The ability to send documents for signature to clients is very high end and gives us everything we need to get documents signed remotely.

Cons

The best thing is that the things I liked least... I contacted customer service and they gave us the ability to do those things! Customer service is extremely responsive.

I've been using Fluix for more than 2 years now. It completely changes our company for the better. We have highly reduced the usage of paper because everything is signed electronically. I was responsible for implementing Fluix for our company and, among many e-sign Softwares, Fluix provided the best implementation and support team.

Pros

Fluix is the best software for electronic signing. It's friendly to use and to manage. Its best feature is that it allows administrators to send documents through different platforms - i.e. tablets, smartphones, and computers.

Cons

The only thing that the software could improve is its functionality in other operating systems. For now, I can only use it with iOS platforms, but I would like to be able to use it with gadgets that support Android as well.

I like how we can synchronize folders and how we can configure the workflow to give the right access to the right people so they get all the document they need and don´t have too much document to get confused. It is a really good tool

Cons

Our internal politics to synchronize sharepoint webpage with FLUIX. Nobody has access to do it and it is hard to find someone who can help. But it is an internal issue
