"Fluix @SE EU Field service"

**Overall:** we are now testing Fluix for almost 1 year and getting very good feedback from the users. so the further rollout is planned for the next year. but our internal processes need to be adjusted first

**Pros:** Ease of use and the great user acceptance very good user support with very fast respond times. also the whole Fluix team is very helpful and friendly

**Cons:** with all the workflows maintanance gets a little messy, because you can not group workflows. It would be very helpful to sort workflows into folders

**Overall:** Before we started using Fluix.io, our team was buried under paperwork and manual processes. It felt like we were constantly struggling to keep track of documents, get approvals, and ensure everyone was on the same page. Fluix has completely transformed the way we work. The transition to a digital, automated workflow was seamless. The platform's interface is intuitive and incredibly easy to navigate, which meant our team was able to get up to speed in no time without extensive training. We've been able to digitize complex forms, create approval workflows that trigger automatically, and track every single document in real time. Fluix isn't just a document management tool; it's a true partner in streamlining operations. It has helped us save time, reduce our paper usage, and improve our team's collaboration more than we thought possible. **Cons:** If I had to point out one initial challenge, it would be the sheer number of features and customization options.
