Highly overpriced, I have used free software that is easier to use and provides more features than this. Would not recommend at all.

Pros

Pretty much the only thing you can say is that it holds some very basic video functions.

Cons

It's awkward and clumsy to use and they promise far more features than they actually deliver.

The overall experience has been great.

Pros

Before buying the license, I used several trials from different companies. However, I decided on Moovly because of how easy it was to use, since I don't know much about making videos.

Cons

I dislike the backgrounds and the limit of downloading only 50 videos per month. I am a teacher and need small videos but in a bigger quantity.

I didn't think Powtoon was user friendly.

### "VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES"

Pros

Nothing. Totally frustrated because of terrible business practices

Cons

You know that company that enjoy stealing money from hard work people ? Thats Moovly. They have you pay for a monthly subscription and enrolled as default in automatic renewal, just so they may have the chance to take some money from those people that did not read the small disclaimers they make when hiring the service. Of course they wont refund your money, just because they are not interested in having honest and good relationship with their customers. Just are just interest in taking you money whataver it costs.

Pros

I learned Moovly in a sitting. I was able to move curriculum that relied on a teacher to explain the content in a live setting to movies and presentations students can view when it is their turn for the computer. I appreciate the support, both live and the online help features, in this time of need when we don't have time to figure things out the long way.

Cons

When I started a chat, it indicated it may take a day before I heard back from Moovly. Luckily, they underpromised the help and overdelivered with timely expertise. I was soon chatting with Steven.

### "User friendly animation tool"

At the moment Moovly is helping me create educational materials for onboarding and training Customer-facing teams in my company.

Pros

When working in Moovly, I like how intuitive everything easy. I'm not a professional user and yet editing things comes naturally in this tool.

Cons

At the moment, I'm missing more templates at my disposal, just to simplify the creation process more, or to cut down the time necessary to produce content

### "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT"

Pros

The ease of use. Would be interested in discussing other packages but have not received a response to any of the several communications I have sent to Moovly via their website.

Cons

No customer service. I have sent several communications to Moovly via their website in the past month requesting to cancel my subscription and have not received a response.

### "Animated Video Creation that's Completely Plug and Play"

My experience was absolutely seamless and honestly really enjoyable. It's just so easy to use.

Pros

I was able to create a super pro video with soundtrack quickly and easily after watching a single tutorial. Everything I needed to do was intuitive or was easy to find support videos on ASAP.

Cons

The pricing model related to dropping the meta information into the video unless you pay is a pain, but understandable given that they have to make money.

Easy to get started, Easy to create videos, and the price is relatively low and great when compared to other products on the market.

Pros

Moovly allowed me to create simple and fun videos with little to no expertise in animation. The best part is that there are helpful guides in-app to make sure you are using the different features correctly. It also runs very smooth despite processing very large video files.

Cons

The transitions and effects are great, but few. I would like to see more ability to customize the animation of the movement of objects on the tool. After a while, our videos have begun to look the same.

Easy video campaigns for Facebook and Youtube.

Pros

Easy to use and powerful. I have created many videos in a short time. They also allow 1080p video rendering with the subscription.

Cons

Customer Service needs improvement. I asked a question and the answer was not satisfactory so I had to go looking for an answer on Google. Not good if you have a chat available for support.

With Moovly I'm trying to find an answer on the following questions: "How can I engage my audience better?"

Pros

The thing I liked most about Moovly is that it is very user-friendly for non-experts. The "getting started" video was very helpful and I definitely recommend users to read the articles of the Moovly team.

Cons

As a student, I wasn't sure about the pricing. Luckily, Moovly also provides an Education plan.

Pros

I don't really have a background in video editing and yet I have found it fairly easy to use

Cons

It takes a while to learn all the different functionalities but once you know it then its all systems go
