We have been using Solv for more than 10 years, and the customer support has always been outstanding. The new platform is a significant improvement, with better features and functionality. While it’s not perfect, the most important thing is the Solv team’s willingness to listen to feedback and continuously improve the system. Highly recommended.

Solv has great features and functionality, and the level of customer service and support has been exceptional.

Cons

The system loading time can be improved, especially when navigating to financial pages. The Policies and Workplaces page could also be improved, such as allowing a closed claim to be reassigned to another workplace.

I have found it to be a good experience. We are currently in the middle of implementation and even though I feel overwhelmed at times, our implementation manager provides us with info and suggestions to keep our progress on track.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was fabulous and so patient with all our thousands of questions. We were able to connect with heaps of our team members and so when it came to choosing a new provider, we had great buy in already. The value for money was great as well.

Cons

I think another intro session after the first one would be good with more specific details about workbooks etc

The experience with HSI Donesafe has been great so far, we have appreciated the support and understanding from the sales team throughout the process and are excited to start implementing the system into our business

Pros

The modular design of the product allows us to design a product suite that suits our business requirements as we are in a unique market with challenges only seen in our space. As the system is modular this will allow us to make specific changes to the workflows and forms as required without needing to completely change the design of the process.

Cons

There have been no real cons to HSI Donesafe so far from our experience. but if I was to call out something it would be the availability of content in the early stages of looking into the platform

Some of the features could have been included as basic requirement. GPS setting could have been in the basic integration and not as an added feature.

Very good. I am pleased to have been able to influence 2 of my previous employers to move to this product. I am sincerely hoping I can influence my current employer to migrate to this product soon.

Easy on the eye - design of the modules. Easy to navigate - transitioning from module to module has been seamless. Easy to understand - language used is aligned with industry standards and jargon used.

Cons

Consider simplifying further where possible. Declutter the navigation where possible. Simplify the questions where possible. Ensure the font size, colour is improved for visual comfort.

HSI Donesafe is a good WHS software program. You can start off small and add additional modules as your business grows. Program managers were super efficient, professional, and personable in meeting the needs of the business. HSI Donesafe offers value for money compared to other systems on the market today. From a risk persepctive it follpows a ISO45001 framework, as required, making implementation into a business super easy.

Pros

HSI Donesfae is intuitive, as the system is contextualised across all implemented modules. This, in effect, allows all information to flow freely while locking down certain areas as required for additional levels of security and confidentiality. It has instructional videos (courses) that allow a user to visually engage with the system if they require assistance. an AI function that also assists when you get stuck!

Cons

Programming the required modules from the HSI Donesafe team requires lead time, so patience is needed in the initial stages to ensure everything is completed on time and correctly.

What I really appreciate about HSI Donesafe is how user-friendly and well-organized the platform is. It makes managing safety, compliance, and reporting processes much more efficient. The system is highly customizable, which allows us to tailor it to our specific workflows and requirements. I also like how everything is centralized, making it easier to track incidents, audits, and corrective actions in one place. Overall, it has helped improve visibility and accountability across our team

Cons

While my experience has been very positive overall, there are times when certain features can take a bit of time to fully configure to match our needs. Additionally, some processes involve a few extra steps, but once everything is set up, it runs smoothly.

I have had an overall positive experience with HSI Donesafe, from learning the design and development, creating modules that meet our needs and working with a great case manager all resulting with easy to use modules that staff are using daily.

Pros

Flexibility to design bespoke module functionality that meet the needs of our organisation. The ability to automate and integrate modules with a hierarchy of notifications has been valuable and has changed our organisation from low reporting to having a strong reporting culture in five years. Easy to use and easy for our staff to access. From this we have built WHS, Compliance, Contractor Management, Chemical Management and Quality Improvements in the system as well as Injury Management.

Cons

The time for support response can take a while, which can be frustrating when working on a solution.

Overall, our experience with HSI Donesafe has been extremely positive. The platform is well designed, flexible, and practical, making it easy to embed into day‑to‑day operations while still supporting strong governance and reporting. The implementation process was smooth, the system continues to evolve with our needs, and the support team has been excellent to work with. Donesafe has genuinely added value to our health and safety management and has been well received by users across the business.

Pros

The biggest win with HSI Donesafe was how smoothly it was implemented and how quickly our teams could get up and running. The system is intuitive and easy to use, but still powerful enough to handle complex health and safety needs. We really liked the flexibility and customisation options — being able to tailor workflows, forms, fields, and reporting to suit our organisation (rather than changing our processes to fit the system) made a huge difference. The features themselves are strong, well thought out, and practical for real‑world use, especially around incident reporting, actions, and visibility of data. On top of that, the HSI Donesafe team were excellent to work with — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform, both during implementation and ongoing support.

Cons

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked. The platform met our expectations from the outset, the implementation went smoothly, and the support from the Donesafe team has been consistently strong. Any minor tweaks we needed were easily addressed through configuration or support, so there were no real negatives to call out.

While there is room for improvement in usability, performance and reporting flexibility, the system provides a solid foundation for organisations serious about governance, risk management and continuous improvement in safety outcomes.

Pros

HSI Donesafe provides a comprehensive and well‑structured approach to health, safety and compliance management. The platform is intuitive for day‑to‑day users, particularly for incident reporting, hazard management and corrective actions. Workflows are logical and configurable, which helps organisations align the system to their internal processes rather than forcing rigid ways of working. Role‑based access and automation improve accountability, visibility and consistency across teams. The centralised nature of the platform makes it easier to track compliance, maintain audit readiness and promote a stronger safety culture across the organisation.

Cons

While functional, parts of the user interface feel dated and could benefit from modernisation. Certain tasks require more clicks than expected, which can slow down frequent users.
