Payroll/HR Admin Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Fantastic Accounting Software" November 27, 2018 4.0 This system has allowed us to be better organized and increase our approval time for paying invoices. Pros One of my favorite features with this software are with its bills and expenses. We have over 50 locations, it makes it easy to manage the expenses and obtain approval to pay these since the owners are able to approve it electronically. The inventory function is also wonderful with tracking our IT inventory. It has allowed us to log everything and we have cut down on expenses since we can actually see what we have on hand without having to do a physical count. Cons We are still new to this software but so far I do not have any complaints other than the just taking the time to learn a new software. Review Source CP Cecil P. The only difficulty I've had is when I access my account via my "smartphone". Pros Ease of use. I have no secretarial, business, or accounting background and I was able to figure out how to use this program. Cons Not mobile friendly. At least with my phone. May be on my end and not program's. Pros The ease of the software, the format, the great customer service and it's one hundred percent dependable. Cons There's really nothing I can say that I don't like. Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Officewise for purchase orders" October 11, 2016 5.0 We started using Officewise (formerly known as Alatus) to manage our purchase orders. It was very easy to use, got the job done and intuitive to use. It was one of only a few choices of a basic product where we do not have to invest in something more than what we needed. We are happy with it and the enhancements made have made it even easier and more complete. Pros Intuitive and easy to start using right away Cons If there were some very simplistic instructions or tips that would have helped with set up. The software creates a great way to monitor purchasing. Pros The fact that it is very user friendly and supports what we need to capture purchasing and approvals for those purchases. Having office wise makes submitting peels and receiving on them to our finance office like they're sitting in the next office down. Cons Wish there was a way to remind me to revive my po's through email or remind me when I log in. If there is it is not very easy to see. We use this frequently but are growing larger than it as it doesn't allow for searching on the free version. This is a wonderful value for the money, especially when you're only charged for the active logins per month. Cons Doesn't easily integrate with old accounting software. I just wanted to clarify that we have over 75 reports including reports for purchases and accounts which you could then filter to just see fees. If you are not seeing reports my guess is that is has something to do with user access restrictions set by the Admin on your account. The software was very easy to setup from the beginning and the approval limits for each user is very easy to setup. This software has saved a lot of time not chasing people down for signatures. The old process was slow and it required many steps, with Officewise we took our purchasing department from 4 to 1 staff member because of the ease of use, speed and overall management efficiencies we gained. March 27, 2019 4.0 Pros A really ground tool to budget your office spending. I started with the free trial and then later segued into a paid program that was more than reasonably priced for my small budget. The software is all online based, so there's nothing to download or install. Everything is managed on the internet. And while I don't have the best nor quickest internet connection, I can still use this product with ease. Using this product helps with the administration of our paperwork so I'm free to get to the business of earning money and working in the field. I've heard they're expanding their offerings. I'm looking forward to what more they'll be able to do for me in the future! Cons Well, on the few times my internet has been down I couldn't access my account because it's all internet based. I was very happy that when I did need to reach out to explore more options--Ryan was readily available. He scheduled a time to help me out and took the time to thoroughly explain the options I had. Cons I don't have anything that I don't like--but that is because I only create sales orders. If I were to be on the accounting side, I might find some things that I would like changed. I do Arts & Crafts at many nursing homes through the area. Part of my business is to keep track of who owes me to ensure that I can keep a running flow of my supplies. Using your invoice with my limited assets allows me to keep track of my correspondences and classes. With the app loaded on my phone lets me check an invoice in a split second as needed. I have never experienced any site problems what so ever. All I can say is THANK YOU for your wonderful service, and I will recommend you to all of my clients/friends/family with businesses. I can find my assigned Purchase Orders in seconds, open them, and make any adjustments I need to. Cons Haven't really found anything I dislike about it...If I had to say something perhaps the "more" button on the dashboard could have some of those items as separate buttons, or it could be customizable because I have to print PDFs a lot. Cons Sometimes when I do a Search for a past vendor, no information comes up, but I know that I have completed a PO for the specific vendor. If you enter the name of the vendor in the search box and click button to search then any purchase order for that vendor should appear in search results so not sure why you are not seeing. Alternatively you can use filters to see purchase orders for a particular vendor and further filter on other criteria. I love that once it does approve for your items that you can send it to your vendors and the action is complete and simple. Pros The best and what I like most about Spendwise is that it keeps tracks of orders you may want and if you can afford them it helps you with budgeting or will just reject what you can't afford. I used this software for my daughters birthday gifts and it was a big help in keeping and organizing my budgeting. If your purchase is approved it sends it right to that vendor to get the order in. Cons The least I like about Spendwise is that eventually you have to pay I think $9 a month or so which I don't have that money or I wouldn't need this software to help me with purchases in the first place.
