Pros: Moderation is easy, and it really helps with engagement. Customers can share their own personal experience about your product, and can give their insights first hand. You can control what appears in your page since you'll moderate and approve the questions and answers as needed.

Cons: It makes the audience, not read what's already in your product description. Instead of reading, they ask questions.
