Overall: What an amazing Booking system! Booking Boss have totally streamlined our booking process in such an efficient manner that staff previously tied up in managing the flow of customer bookings are now free to focus on other task. The Live connections between distribution channels has meant we can increase the Number of distributors without the worry and problem of over bookings or remembering so many back end log ins. But things don't just stop there.. The Staff at Booking Boss are fantastic and incredibly helpful! They always go that extra mile to ensure everything is set up correctly, any of my staff have been trained to use the system and resolve any issue that may pop up in a timely manner.
