Microsoft PowerPoint is an extremely useful and reliable tool to have, especially in my Learning and development role. I find it versatile and indispensable in creating different types of content - visuals, presentations, etc. without needing complex, expensive software.

Pros

Microsoft Powerpoint has been a highly useful and easy to use tool for several years. The versatility, array of functions, multiple templates have ensured that I could use it for a variety of items including presentations, interactive course designs, social media content, flyers and posters, among other things, It is great value for money as I can easily complete many tasks that would sometimes require more expensive software. I rarely experience bugs and issues with it and it is overall a reliable tool to have

Cons

Not that I dislike it but I think it could improve with more interactive, clickable features, especially for the course design needs that I use it for.

Maximum credibility and commercial impact. PowerPoint provides all the necessary tools to transform abstract raw data into a strategic visual narrative, facilitating the conversion of prospects into signed clients.

Pros

To sell complex information services, visual clarity is indispensable, and PowerPoint remains the undisputed master in this field. The depth of layout features, dynamic chart management linked to Excel, and professional animation options allow for high-impact presentations for investors or key accounts

Cons

The richness of the application implies software heaviness that can be annoying, especially when handling large files embedding high-definition videos or numerous vector images.

PowerPoint has been a useful part of both my professional and personal life. It has helped me organize ideas, study more effectively, create presentations that look professional, and even support my wife during an important stage of her career. It's easy to use, reliable, and packed with features that save time. I use it regularly and would confidently recommend it to anyone who wants to create professional presentations without a complicated learning process.

Pros

I've been using Microsoft PowerPoint for several years, and it's one of the Microsoft tools I keep coming back to. I work in retail, and whenever I take training courses or learn something new, I like organizing my notes into presentations instead of long documents. It helps me understand concepts better and makes it easier to go back and revise later. I've also used PowerPoint while completing professional courses and learning about investing and trading. Creating slides with charts, screenshots, and key points helps me stay organized and track my learning. I also helped my wife while she was preparing for her physiotherapy licensing exam in Canada by reviewing some of her PowerPoint presentations and suggesting ways to make them clearer. It became something we worked on together. I really like the ready-made templates, Designer feature, icons, and animations. They make presentations look polished without requiring any design experience.

Cons

The only thing I'd improve is the mobile version. It's great for viewing presentations, but making edits on a phone isn't as convenient as on a computer. I also wish there were more high-quality templates included without an extra subscription.
