Pros PowerPoint gives you the option of using the mobile application or it song the browser version of their software to complete your work. It's endless supply of template options and new AI assistance function are definitely super helpful when you're not sure where to get started. You can bet on person's to handle any project you may need to complete whether it's something for school or if it's a sound show you're putting together for your child graduation party. I have used powerpoint for a long period of time - but most recently switched to another company, and think that the new one is better. I think Powerpoint is widely used, which is the main reason it is good - not necessarily the improvements it should have been made. Pros Its great. Super easy to put together presentations and proposals. Its a Microsoft product, so obviously its a much more commonly used product than others which really helps. Cons Other competitors have found ways to make their own product better. There is a lot of customization available with designs, fonts, animation, etc. There are many pre-built templates to choose from. I have colleagues who also use it to make flyers because they like the ease of design. Cons The animation process can be a bit tedious, especially if having to apply to multiple items on one slide. The pane makes it a bit easier, but it can still take some time.
