It is by far the best product for construction estimating, and staff is actively updating the interface and usability. They are ALWAYS available for a phone call to troubleshoot and answer questions or concerns. 24/7 pro had a very intimate relationship with their clients and Tailor the software to contractors asks and needs. Best software on the market. I can’t imagine using a different software after using this one. My clients absolutely love it and can’t believe how detailed it is when compared to other quotes they get. Pros 24/7 pro is the best software for construction on the market Cons The only cons is that they are actively working through more updates , so sometimes the system has updating, but 24/7 is never down. Awesome software. Pros Wins me a lot of business by its professional detailed proposals. Developers are always trying to make the software much better than it already is and adding new features that make it way better as well. Cons I do have to go in and taylor most line items to the pricing it should be. Some line items are way expensive and need to decrease value and some are way less and need to add more. Reasons for choosing 247PRO Estimator The value and product you get for the money. Me being myself I didn’t want to spend what other bigger construction companies might spend on estimating and project management software. So I chose this one and haven’t been disappointed.
