Pros: It is very easy to use. It saves a lot of time typing. You have to speak and it will type on it's own. It is very user friendly. You can just speak and you will get the typed document in front of you.

Cons: You have to be very clear while speaking. Any mistakes and fumbling will also be typed by the software. Only good and clear speakers can find this useful. The software is not intelligent enough to know that the sentence is making sense or not if it types something which is not clear.
