"Disappointing support and no flexibility on cancellations"

**Overall:** Our experience was fine in the early days, but over time it became frustrating. The billing and cancellation process is rigid and inflexible, especially for long-time customers who simply forget a legacy seat renewal. Copper refused to make an exception despite inactivity and prompt communication. It doesn’t feel like a customer-first approach, which is disappointing given how small the account is and how long we’d previously been customers.

**Pros:** The interface was clean and simple when we first used it. It integrated decently with Google Workspace

**Cons:** Inability to cancel easily. We haven’t been using Copper for over 3 years, but the subscription kept auto-renewing. When I reached out to request a refund right after renewal, support declined—even though the account had been completely inactive.
