Helps the sales team easily stay on top of where everything is up to and as a business owner I can jump in and get up to date on a deal in real time thanks to the great google integration.

Pros

Seemless Google Integration, Great pipeline management, good integrations with all the other tools I use.

Cons

Sometimes the load time on date within some of the look up fields is a little laggy but that is not a biggy overall.

Seamless integration with our existing Google accounts. We save time, money and headaches. It is a vast improvement over our former CRM, Salesforce. The transition from Salesforce to Prosperworks CRM was flawless and handled easily by our IT professional.

Pros

We like how well Prosperworks CRM integrates with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. It's convenient and very intuitive. Customer service is always very helpful.

Cons

There are some functionality features that could be improved. But customer service is always very helpful.

Being able to view and update customer information without leaving Gmail is incredibly convenient and efficient.

Pros

It is extremely intuitive and easy to use. I didn't have to invest hours learning how to use new software, this is great.

Cons

What I liked least about the system is that despite its excellent integration, it can sometimes be less customizable than others on the market.

Good. Again, I prefer to utilize my own type of notification/tracking system but the system is easy to use and the organization of the contacts is great.

Pros

Easy to use. Contacts are organized very well, easy to update.

Cons

I prefer to have more flexibility to utilize my own type of tracking system instead of having to rely on the current notification system that is set up. For example, under Opportunities, Contract Sent, I receieve a notification through SumGate every 10 days if there is no contact. As I am updated with my customers, I would prefer to set the notification times (3 days from now, 4 days from now, etc). Also, I really liked the previous name "ProsperWorks" instead of Copper.

Improved process/client workflow management

Pros

Usability is awesome. My team loves using it. We also integrated it with Ring Central and that has been a huge bonus (and the main reason why we chose them). Their Zapier integrations are quite good and was easy to integrate with our other systems for workflow management.

Cons

It's new, which means sometimes it's not as configurable as others. But that also means that it's easy to setup and use.

Easy to use and hooks into Gmail very easily allowing for easy updating of contacts, leads, etc.

You cannot UNconvert a lead which can get annoying sometimes/

### "Abyssmal customer service"

I bought Copper and found it didn't work for our company. I haven't used it in six months. I got a charge for another full year on my credit card. I went to get my money back and they said no. I can't call them as there is no phone number to call. When you reach out to their customer service they say they have no power to help you. And someone will "get back to you". Below zero customer service.

Pros

Nothing. The product has no support. I thought it would be beneficial since it connects with google.

Cons

The customer service- there literally is none!!!!! You can't call them even.

Cons

Overall its been a good product to use for a CRM with easy to use functionality tools like the plugins and zaps.

Pros

I love the fact it syncs your contacts from your Gmail to Copper and asks if you want to add them. It also compiles and zaps with other products you may use like an email campaign tool.

Cons

I least like the fact that it asks you to connect with every one of the people you've emailed - I wish AI was built into it more so there were specific keywords that would want you to add the person to it. Better LinkedIn connectivity would be great as well.

Reason for choosing Copper

I used it due to the interface - it just looks nicer and connects with Gmail smoothly.

Incredibly easy deployment and a so far flawless CRM solution.

Pros

The native integration into G Suite put ProsperWorks miles ahead of the rest of the CRM crowd. Deployment was incredibly easy and has all of the industry standard CRM options.

Cons

The lack of a proper admin/management dashboard. As we've grown we've transitioned users to/from roles and changing licenses or managing billing is not as fluid as it should be for a cloud based service. It's could use a refresh with role based access in mind.

We are very small creative company and we need to have simple and easy to use CRM, integrated with the G Suite. I really need to operate the CRM tool via mobile and that was maybe the main reason I switched to the Prosper Works and it was very good choice.

Pros

I really like the G Suite integration and many useful features, like sending personalized bulk emails to your contacts, tagging options for better and easier segmentation, easy to use MailChimp integration and fantastic iOS / Android mobile app with many features.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which I'm not very happy is a higher price for higher plans, but really need to say it's worth every penny. I think it is much better to have a little bit pricier CRM tool you use every day than cheap CRM but with no business value for you. I really recommend Prosper Work.

The overall product was okay to use and to served its purpose as far as a CRM.

Pros

The basic system for tracking and managing clients was very useful. It was easy to maintain and keep notes as far as contact information.

Cons

I did not like the fact that it was hard to return to the same spot of working if one was accidentally logged off or if one forgot their place, such as when one would update the system with a specific contact.

Pros

Instant parsing of gmail information into useable categories. User Interface with the sidebar is extremely easy to get used to and offers a long list of info at a glance. Integrates with Zapier for a powerful way to manage pretty much any activity.

Cons

As an independent, Unless you have at least 5 active clients/people you work with on a regular basis, it might not be cost effective. If you are using Zapier to integrate, you better know how to use Zapier because as 80% business person and 20% tech, I could not figure it out. However, there are consulting firms you can go to who will do the Zapier integration. But, although the integrations can be pricey, it is nothing compared to a salesforce and you still get to keep the gmail interface- (BigPlus for me as a lifetime Gmail user)

Gmail integration... but that was about it.

Pros

The gmail integration is fabulous if you are a gmail user, however other integrations are limited to going through Zapier, which seems great until you actually try to set up what you are needing. Then not so much...

Cons

Customer Care is a bit lacking. As one other reviewer put it... it feels like once they have your money, they are less motivated to prioritize your needs.

Pros

It is integrated with Gmail. I am able to import leads easily and it has great forecasting windows. I like how it automatically asks to include the contact when you receive a new email. It is very customized.

Cons

I do not have the ability to generate quotes or invoices. My last CRM had that option and it was quite useful. If they were able to integrate with Xero this would be even better.

Pros

ProsperWorks CRM truly defines automation, simplicity and insight. It is the world’s easiest to learn and use Customer Intelligence Platform that we could find on the internet. The best thing that me and my time loved about it was that it seamlessly integrates with our google apps ecosystem. Just after signing up we received tons of emails of our insights and it automatically built up our customer profiles from the data of our google ecosystem. It automatically showed suggestions for related prospects. With all of our data in place it helped us to visually manage our timeline. It got read of all our grunt work and increased team visibility. On calculating we found that it saves almost 3-4 hours per week of our time.

Cons

ProsperWorks is a high quality CRM solution that doesn’t seems to have any drawbacks but our review team has pointed out a few areas that can be improved, like their could be more reporting options and export for activity logs. Currently, there is no internal automatic email but you have the option of using gmail and the zapier integration. This app seriously needs some telephone integration

Great tool, very customizable but sometimes there are too many clicks. For example, to go from lead , to logging an activity, to creating a task is many many clicks. I'm glad you can do it all in one place but I wish it was slightly more seamless. Also, I wish I could edit more fields or create actions in bulk.

Most fields and views can be customized and saved which saves a lot of time in the long run

Cons

A lot more clicking than I'd like to be doing

Had been working on excel for my sales process since ages and thats what made it easy for us to migrate to this CRM. It gave a very convenient user interface and familiar features which also helped in high and quick adoption among the sales team.

Cons

Dashboard display can be made more better with more was-to-understand analytics for pipeline management and performance reporting.

I can see where orders are, what leads I have, and convert them at will. It's great.

Pros

I have tried software like Sales Force, Vanilla Soft and others - time heavy and confusing and not easy to use or access info. I've tried personal systems with the same results. Copper is quick, easy and connects to my email - prompting me and I love it!

Cons

I don't like dropping the opportunities into the win or loss categories only because they are gone and I have no access to my past "wins" by month or year or client and I need that so I just leave them all in the "shipped" category... if I am missing something please tell me!
