Pros

Cloud based software that is compatible with a bunch of email clients and Google. Overall, it is a pretty good CRM. It's nice to be able to run campaigns and be able to track the metrics such as email opens, etc.

Cons

Customer service is alright. I think it could be better if they hired more people on their support team.

I love that it connects to google business suite and works with your gmail. I like that it tracks contacts and creates auto reminders. great customer service, one of the fastest I have seen

Cons

I wish they had auto email and follow-up feature, it's a little hard to reach out to multiple contacts individually.

Really a slick tool. The PW team works hard to take requests and implement them. It is an ever improving platform. Overall I think for most businesses this CRM will work.

Pros

Integration with Google is pretty slick. Pipeline is great.

Cons

Dashboard is not very good yet and implementing GTD is not super easy but can be done with some creativity.

Very happy with ProsperWorks - it takes the "work" out of using a CRM and really enables sales people to focus on making sales!

Pros

Great functionality right out of the box, easy to customize, great reporting functionality, excellent Chrome extension, seamless integration with Gmail. Excellent value.

Cons

There's no ability to schedule revenue recognition for single opportunities. There's also no native iPad app, and the interface on Safari and Chrome on iPad doesn't scroll very well from left to right for pipeline review.

Pros

The software efficiently gathers data needed for business reports. I like how accessible ProsperWorks CRM is on mobile devices. It also offers ample opportunities to interact with team members. Following up with clients is a breeze and all client information is at my fingertips.

Cons

When there is a question customer service is difficult to access depending on the subscription package. For example, in certain packages, customer service does not have call-in telephone service available.

Pros

It is tied directly to Google Mail, so all relevant emails are linked to contacts and opportunities. Also, ProsperWorks can automatically obtain contact information based on email address and this information can be used to create new contacts.

Cons

Customer support is limited. I have not used the reports much yet, simply because I have not had the time to teach myself. Before committing to purchase the software, the sales person was very helpful. After purchasing the software, it is difficult to get a response to questions.

Will keep using for now, but having to go back to Google to attach things is quite annoying. Something that should be improved.

Pros

Full integration with Gmail, Google Calendar and other G Suite products. Many features are directly accessible from Gmail or Inbox. Can pull new leads from email directly into lead management listing. Can enable automated actions.

Cons

Email open alerts can get annoying. Pipelines cannot contain qualified leads. Email attachments NOT available for templates, which defeats sales purposes.

Pros

You would be much better off getting any other CRM. This is a complete waste of money and only integrates with Gmail which they don't tell you until after you sign a year commitment.

Cons

It is hard to use, clunky, lots of bugs, low quality, and doesn't integrate with anything besides Gmail

I tried before Salesforce and didn't understand anything. With Prosper works everything was more intuitive and the connection with Gmail, is perfect, it automatically loads all of your relationships with customer via e-mail.

Pros

Very easy to use and intuitive.

Cons

The cost is a bit high per user, but I think is worth it.

I'm very very glad Google pushed ProsperWorks when signing up for Google Business Apps. The seamless integration with Gmail is amazing. Reminders on emails. Tasks. Pulling contacts all from Gmail. Zapier + Mailchimp + PropserWorks is gold.

Overall good software and pretty cheap!

Pros

\--Very easy to track sales, contracts, communication --Customizable fields within tasks and projects --Within those customizable fields, you have the option to make it a dropdown list, a simple text field, and more!

Cons

\--I have not jumped in deep enough, but I'm hoping that the system has the ability to strictly unlink emails for certain accounts. We have employees that need to add, edit, and view information in ProsperWorks but not have any of their emails to the clients uploaded in the system. --Also, it needs to have the ability to activate/deactivate certain fields within projects and tasks. I would like to click on a task and have it only show the fields that are filled out, not any of the blank fields. There should be another edit button that allows you to enter those fields back into the task.

Over all I picked this software because it was the easiest to use and did most of what we needed with out breaking the bank .

Pros

I love the ease of use with Prosper works. I personally reviewed all of the big names out there before deciding on prosperworks. They do a great job of keeping it simple and manageable.

Cons

I feel like there are times when features dont exist. They also do not have a very good system set up to help them maintain the security of your data.

Follow up reminders for sales leads and potential opportunities - track amount of opportunities in sales pipeline for forecasting and such. Ease of outreach to leads and current clients.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive interface - feels just like using any Google service software. Love the ability to automatically and/or 'one-click' add of people, opportunities, companies, etc.

Cons

Data entry. When it feels like I have to populate - but, that's me, not the software. Also, I wish when you set a reminder - it sent that reminder on the day/time you set it to remind you - not immediately (or maybe I just don't know how to use it) - when I set a follow-up email reminder for 'next week' - it sends me an email almost immediately reminding me to follow up next week - I want that email to come 'next week' at the time I set it.

Pros

Prosperworks CRM is a great CRM software that allows us to do many custom things because it allows for custom fields for contacts and salesman. It also integrates well with Google applications.

Cons

The only CON I can find Prosperworks CRM is the cost of the subscription of the software for our company because we are a smaller company.
