Systematizes sales pipeline for consistency, provides opportunity to measure sales efforts.

Pros

I like that it automates our sales pipeline tasks. We move an opportunity through the pipeline and it automatically generates tasks as we go.

Cons

I don't like that it doesn't integrate with Zendesk. We handle all of our support from Zendesk and when an email is sent through Zendesk, Prosperworks doesn't pick that up and add it to the contact's record.

Pros

ProsperWorks is very easy to learn and has a beautiful, interactive interface. It is drag and drop and is intuitive. It also has the modern features like syncing up with one's email and quickly matching the email with the prospect/opp.

Cons

I didn't have anything I really disliked about it. I did get confused one time when I was moving opps into a 'won' category for a particular sales project, while I still wanted to see the opp in the pipeline view.

We have been looking for a CRM for almost 12 months now and so far nothing has been as easy to use or as tightly integrated with Google Apps as Prosperworks.

Pros

Simply, Easy to use, Tightly integrated with Google.

Cons

Native quoting ability would be awesome!

Pros

ProsperWorks gives you visibility of your pipeline and allows you to easily move your prospects through the sales stages. The opportunities feature is incredibly easy to use and track your progress.

Cons

When you add in the value of an opportunity, it would be helpful to allow a "," to be added. For example, If I add a value of 10,000 I need to put it in as 10000. It's a small thing but would help a lot.

I use google apps for everything and Prosperworks was a great extension to keep track of my clients and potential clients. Adding in customized fields was so easy and helps me keep track of where my leads are coming from. The filters help me be able to pull a report and see who I haven't reached out to in awhile and who I need to touch base with so I can keep getting their referrals. Very easy to set tasks in Prosperworks so I can stay on task whether I'm sitting at my desk or on the go and use the app on my phone.

Pros

It is seamlessly integrated with my Google email, calendar, contacts, drive, etc.

Cons

The beta phase of the product sometimes saw a little bit of delay on opening a large email chain but the issue no longer exists. So I don't really have anything to say about this question now.

My payment declined. Instead of reverting to a free account or giving me any notice in the app, it was deleted after 30 days. The emails to say that the payment was declined went to junk mail and the first I knew, my account was gone. All my data gone.. I didn't use the program oftern, but when I did, it was really important. They caused so much damage to my business and I couldn't ever recommend a company who cares so little about their clients. Compleatly irresponsible.

Pros

Easy to use, basic features. Is a great product if you only need the basics of a crm without the noise of more advanced features you don't need

Cons

Expensive compared to other crm packages, given the minimal features. If you don't renew your subscription within 30 days, they delete all your data. I lost everything because I didn't see my renewal didn't go through!

One thing I really liked about the program was that you can customize just about everything! this feature makes it very useful no matter what field you are in. I am a real estate agent, and I found it easy to customize according to my needs. The customer service offered is very responsive and polite. I received follow up phone calls and the agents I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable. I see Prosper Works as an affordable option.

Pros

I really enjoy how this connects with the Google Suite so I don't have endless duplicate contacts, I also like how it pulls all the data from people's signature and social media, so I don't have to go hunting for it

Cons

I don't like there isn't any phone support when first starting out, you have to search the problem database and comments of how to solve problems are not visible

I contacted prosperworks and asked about certain features and if their system can execute those features. I was promised it can do that and beyond. After signing up I realized that prosperworks cannot do the features I inquired about and that I was lied to. I requested a refund and explained why and they simply proceeded to ignore my request. I phoned and sent emails and still have not hear back. Horrible horrible experience. I would not recommend proserworks to anyone.

Pros

It has great features that show when a contact has opened/read an email and also shows their LinkedIn page (where available)

Cons

Wish it could integrate with our in-house operations dashboard so we could upload our specific customer information. Would help with tracking customer contacts and proactive/reactive outreach

My husband is the primary user of the software, but we both are impressed with the ease of use in Google and related software. My husband finally has a functioning calendar that we can both see and enter events into. Data import and entry is efficient and useful. We've been looking for software like this for a long time!

Pros

1\. #1 Google Recommended CRM 2. You have a Dashboard AND can add prospects straight from your email account 3. Customer Service is phenomenal!! They give a really great demo on the product, as well. 4. Even partner with MailChimp for mass emailing

Pros

Prosperworks CRM has integrated seamlessly with our Gmail hosted emails. The ease of integration and use has been phenomenal in ensuring that we were able to get this up and running with no work stoppage. The support from the staff prior to selecting Prosperworks and after purchase has been absolutely wonderful. Having the Prosperworks sidebar on my Gmail inbox makes it quick and easy for me to check what tasks are coming up, and I was able to integrate it with my calendar, so that I get reminders through my Google calendar when I have tasks due.

Cons

I haven't quite figured out how to best work the reports feature and for some reason we haven't been able to get it to accurately show the number of open opportunities we have.

It will not integrate with a business managing email. They want me to pay for 3 different email accounts, when we're just a single team, managed under one email account, with 2 more subset business emails.

Pros

Gsuite connection is very friendly. Customizable for us to manage our sales formula. Reporting is strong.

Cons

Not strong in marketing programs & analytics. One year commitment is not ideal but cost makes more sense.

Love the fact that I can import and export files from Excel. I love that I can create tasks and then each day I open my calendar up to find out who I need to contact that day. I use the phone app almost daily as I can see all my customer and prospects information and passed notes right on my phone. This is great when I am at events or on the road and not in front of my computer.

Pros

Integrates with Google Products like mail and calendar. Also MailChimp and many other products. Also love, love, love! the phone app!!

Cons

Wish it would integrate with Google Voice. Also have some slow down issues at times. It could be because I have over 2200 contacts loaded into the program.
