Pros

Its is easy to integrate, simple to use. Great features to integrate with your google business account. From adding contacts, to tracking opportunities, to customizing for individual needs. Also, you never feel stuck in any of its stages, because there is always someone you can contact, who is not only quick to responding to you, but is also cheerful and excited to help you get the best out of this application. The one thing that is the best is real time personal response great customer service. They listen to what the customers ideas are on implementing new things, and their team makes it happen, as best they can.

Cons

After around three months, i have nothing to say here.

Pros

Fits with G suite and all Google products. I use Inbox by Gmail in which prosperworks has an extension which works well. It is a very polished product and what it does it does well.

Cons

Could use a bit more features like time tracking, better and more custom rules, and the pricing is a bit high.

Pros

It is linked to gmail. It makes it so easy to add contact information as new leads come in.

Cons

Wish I had the ability to have more files for contacts as they do not always fall into One of the 3 offered. I would like to be able to search by date entered as well as caregory of product the client is looking for.

Customisable for your own business. Ease of use. Gmail integration. Clean and clear UI. Great customer service.

Cons

Needing to use browser based email instead of your local mail program. No iPad app, iPhone only. besides those small bits it seems great

Ultimately, choosing Prosperworks became a no-brainer. It came down to that or Salesforce. My boss had previous experience with Salesforce so he was leaning heavily in that direction. After our account manager showed us the demo, my execs were sold. The ease of use alone makes it an easy choice. Not to mention it was a fraction of the cost.

Don't sign up for the free trial unless you've seen the software in action and you're willing to take a chance on it! I wish I never signed up.

Pros

I couldn't get onto the desktop site, it's not working at all, I looked at mobile and it just wasn't the software I was looking for so I decided to move on to something else.

Cons

It won't let me unsubscribe from their NUMEROUS emails without going on my phone and unchecking about 30 boxes. I emailed customer service and they said their is nothing they can do. That's a tonne of spam from one trial! I hope that when when my trial ends it will stop. They don't have a way for you to cancel the trial, you have to wait for it to expire.

Synced with Gmail seamlessly. Easily assign tasks to contacts and simple to track progress. Easy to learn and use.

Cons

Would like to attach text messages to Contacts. Also, wish contacts in gmail could be used instead of duplicating them for prosperworks.

Worth the money

Pros

Lots way to customize. Like the pipeline. Automation is good. Mailing tracking is good. Tracking tasks are good.

Cons

App data loading too slow. Can't sync contact directly from cell phone. Every time have to copy and paste contact.

ProsperWorks is affordable, easy to use for the basics and you are able able to customize categories.

Cons

ProsperWorks is a little difficult to navigate and not necessarily the best option for a non-profit. Especially for tracking grants.

Since we were already working with G Suite, it's war really easy to introduce Copper to our workflow.

Pros

We could get Copper installed hassle-free and were up and running in a few days only. The automatic sync between Gmail and Copper let us manage our project with almost no data entry. It also offer a great API to connect with.

Cons

Copper would benefit from a better online documentation. However, we could get an answer through the customer support.

Pros

I love the sleek design of this software. I can actually use it for multiple businesses at the same time with customization. It's easily to integrate with other softwares as well.

Cons

It takes a little bit to grasp the steps on customizing certain workflow rules. Once you get the hang of it though it's smooth sailing. There's not much that I don't like about it.
