Pros

Things I liked about the vendor; 1. responsive 2. responsive 3. know their stuff. Things I like about the product; 1. plays well with google apps/gmail 2. number of third party add-ons out there. 3. discount for nonprofits

Cons

What I liked least about the product/vendor was the limited number of videos and examples from real world nonprofits. Vendor did good job providing examples but videos would have really helped. This would help a newbie get up to speed alot quicker and would aid in new staff getting trained.

I'm literally 3 hours into using ProsperWorks CRM and it has saved me so much time. I am a start-up that came home this weekend from my first conference with a lot of contacts. It's a great problem to have, but I needed to organize and contact people quickly. I saw ProsperWorks recommended while updating Google Apps and decided to try it. So glad I did: I've been able to work my way through the list doing data entry, e-mail with a click, and phone call logging all at the same time.

Pros

Prosperwork is a cloud based Sales/CRM that functions very similarly to Base CRM. It functions on all desktop and mobile platforms.

Cons

There are some features like text interfacing and documentation that are left off the standard tool. You actually have to purchase more costly plug-ins to have complete functionality.

Pros

Prosperworks CRM is incredibly intuitive to use. The integration with Gmail is also a huge plus for us since our services are Google-based. The service surrounding this software has also been incredible! Everyone we have worked with has been very informative and prompt in responding to concerns.

Cons

Through Prosperworks's simplicity, we encountered certain limitations with integration into other softwares like Mailchimp. Prosperworks lacks the ability to fully integrate and is only capable of reporting against data from Mailchimp.

It scours the web for information when adding new people to the CRM to prevent the need to mindlessly enter data each time. They clearly care about design and user experience so the platform is a joy to use. They also listen to their community more than other CRM's I have used in the past. It is lacking some integrations. There is Zapier to ease the pain, but there are some big integrations that would be useful which do not yet exist.

I chose PW from an original list of 30 possibilities. I had a list of "need to haves" and "nice to haves" and PW killed it on the former and kept adding to the latter as I got to know their product better. Not only that; it was an enjoyable experience! I got gold standard service from the minute I requested a demo and continued to be impressed by PW's ability to tailor everything to what I needed.

The home page is like, don't need to think of which function will be where. easy to find everything.

Cons

only fit for gmail, cause we start using Office Outlook for emails quite a while, so difficult to change. In order to fit the email tracking, so we can not use PW email tracking, and cannot integrate it. little pity. but other than this, everything is fine.

Being able to access and modify information in your CRM from within your Gmail portal is what makes ProsperWorks such a great tool. It provides quick insights as to customer interaction history when reading or composing messages, as well as giving users the ability to modify records, add tasks, calendar events, etc. I highly recommend this application to those who strive for efficiency!

Pros

The look and feel / ease of use is what initially drew me to them. Using the CRM is extremely fluid and never really raises any questions of 'how do i do this'. It's been a great tool overall.

Cons

Much like every other CRM on the market, there are things that Prosperworks does really well, and areas where it is lacking. There are a number of features that I would like to have that aren't in place yet, but that hasn't stopped me from switching to them as my CRM of choice.
