Room for improvement with customization, for our construction business. Integrations are weak. We use xactimate and I would like to see more that just a calendar for scheduling. I would like to be able to schedule production with Prosperworks. I am manually working a schedule for the production staff.

Integration is incredible and the email notifications feature is almost worth the price of admission alone! :) Telephone support would be a huge plus. Importing our data from a competing has been (and still is) proving to be a challenge. Overall, I look forward to spending the next year with the product.

Pros

I like the cooperation with google. It uses the search engine in a lot of ways, and makes life easy. I also enjoyed working with the sales team. They are honest and straightforward about their offering.

Cons

It is learly designed to keep the sales team up to date on current events, but I need quick and easy access to a lot of info about the clients. I prefer not to scroll or look on extra tabs to find personal or professional info.

Pros

Great UX design, and it's easy to communicate with the support team.

Cons

Mostly it's my own team that's the challenge...they don't like that I have access to their email with our prospects/clients! That said, it would be great if you could actually open and reply to email within the PW application. For now you can only read what's already transpired, but have to switch back to an open Google window to respond.

Pros

It was easy to navigate and keep track of things and convert prospects to leads. It was able to sync with facebook lead advertising, which was our primary use.

Cons

I was using this to link to my facebook ads that acquired leads and it did not always automatically link up when I created a new ad. I was usually able to fix it, but never really sure what I was doing.,

Pros

It instantly connected social media connections with an email address.

Cons

It is not that easy to add and delete options from the CRM profile of each individual, even with an Excel file uploaded. It is also not that easy to update a person's file as basic keyboard function switch (like Tab to the next field) did not work. It was a lot of clicking with the mouse to get where I wanted.

I was searching for a lead tracker CRM that was easy to use and had a familiar style to what my team was used to working with. Prosperworks has been the solution with it's integration with G-suite. It has been a great tool for us.

The customer support is superb, the UI is very user-friendly, and I started seeing how valuable this software was after just a few days of using it. The customized sales pipeline with drag-and-drop Kanban board is very slick.
