### "Prosperworks saves me time"

Pros

I spent a ton of time entering data when I started and chasing rabbit trails. Since starting with Prosperworks, I have been maybe to get more work done and not spend time wrestling with our CRM

Cons

Prosperworks is still a product that is being worked with by the development team, so there are times that the product had bugs, but the support team dealt with it quickly.

Pros

It is integrated into Gmail, which what is what we use for work, which makes it super efficient.

Cons

It keeps leads and current contacts on separate lists. Also, it isn't possible to convert a contact to a lead. We didn't know about the leads feature and jumped the gun, so a few hundred people are currently listed as current contacts.

Pros

I like best that I have a visual of all of our transactions. I can see exactly where everyone is in the process without having to click into each transaction individually.

Cons

I don't like that the coolest features this program offers can only be use when using Google Chrome. I typically like internet explorer better.

Easy to create your own pipeline steps. Links very easily to google email application. Phone app works well with similar look and feel.

Cons

I'm still learning how some fields relate to a prosprct record.... notes, tasks, etc. I need to spend more dedicated time learning it.

User friendly interface, and how data translates between different sections

Cons

No capacity to track donor history: i.e. multiple donations by single contact/lead/organization that is easily searchable. Good project management integrations, i.e. gantt chart translations

Interface to gmail is very good alongside tracking of opportunities

Cons

you cannot send emails within prosperworks, having to switch out of the programme defeats the objective of having automatic interface to gmail !, particularly more annoying when using the mobile app, could be a showstopper to some.

Hugely disappointed.

Pros

Nothing it is a joke, it is cheap, it is poorly put together, it does not work, and it is not a good company.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with anything except GMail and if you cancel they keep your entire yearly fee even if it is a new account.

You can't get anyone on the phone, It will take days to get a response literally days later via email. I set up a final call to get my data imported and nobody showed up to the call. This was my final straw. I sent in the cancel request. After reading other reviews it looks like I need to cancel my card to end the subscription. Total waste of time. Pissed me off and it takes a lot to piss me off.
