We are able to effectively track and augment our sales and marketing efforts. We have also experience great process improvement in managing our internal client onboarding.

Pros

I love that it syncs to our G-Suite environment! Having all of that information on a record is truly helpful to gain insight on our relationship with a customer. I also like everyone I have interacted with at : knowledgeable, service-oriented, and genuinely nice people.

Cons

I wish I could have a little more filtering options, for example: select 2 options, but not a third under one parameter. Also the ability to edit by pipeline would come in handy!

Custom service has been exceptional. Software is well designed. Basic features are easy to use.

Pros

What we liked most is how seamlessly this works with GSuite. We are a small non-profit consulting team and we needed software that didn't require a large learning curve. What we found were useful integrations right in our inbox where we do most of our work.

Cons

Being a small team with one member who uses technology daily and the other who doesn't means the advanced features are critical to making it work. While the workflow automation and task automation are available they is a steep learning curve for those who don't grasp basic coding principles.

The native integration with G Suite where less technologically inclined team members could more easily utilize the basic features of . Workflow automation also played a role. The more we can automate the less we spend time on the backend and the more time we can spend with clients.

Automating tasks has greatly improved my efficiency and I am able to set up custom reminders and workflows to ensure that no sales opportunity is missed with this I have been able to stay organized and not miss any important opportunity.

Pros

What I like the most about this platform is that it has an incredible integration with Google applications. As a business that uses Google Workspace for our daily operations, having a CRM that automatically syncs with Gmail and other Google tools is really a huge benefit and that's why I don't have to worry about manually entering every interaction with my customers as with this platform I can automatically record all emails, meetings and tasks in the corresponding contact.

Cons

While the system offers a wide variety of pre-defined reports and data export, I would like the ability to customize the reports a lot more to my needs and while I can get the essential information I need, sometimes I would like more customization options and Flexibility in data presentation.

We are a B2B SAAS startup and needed a user-friendly and powerful CRM platform. We use Google For Business for email. We reviewed all the leading CRM platforms, and was the clear leader. It is easy to use and makes sales outreach a breeze. Highly recommended.

Pros

My company has been using for over a year and we love it. Being able to customize it to meet each business needs is amazing and has made this product fit our business like a glove. We also like that the reports are fast and you can easily manage users permissions. The main benefits are: User-friendly; zero clutter Makes sales outreach and activity tracking much easier. Tight integration with Gmail Terrific customer service Excellent reporting

Cons

There is not really anything we dislike. The support team are excellent and integrating the system to your business functions is relatively simple. The support team is excellent and the setup process is intuitive and straightforward.

Pros

I like how easy it is to navigate and go between Gmail and the app.

Cons

Some features are lacking like only one email for leads when persons can have many. Auto triggers and sequences are tough to figure out if you are not familiar with that world.

Pros

I was with a mid-sized organization and assisted with the design and rollout of Salesforce. Everyone said this was the Cadillac of CRMs, and the price proved it. During rollout, we had glitches, departments that worked around and misused the system and adoption was not good. I truly believe Cooper would have been a better solution because of its simple yet intuitive nature to aiding sales. Plus, we would have saved our company hundreds of thousands of dollars!

Pros

is easy to use. Overall, the software is intuitive and makes tracking, input and scheduling very easy. Cooper makes CRM simple and adds value to using it

So far, Cooper has not shown a feature that makes its use difficult or unwanted,

Pros

It works as a plug-in for Gmail. That sounds odd at first, but it actually works great assuming most of your sales activity happens by email - because you can add contacts, companies and opportunities (and access all email history with those contacts) with just a few clicks.

Cons

The sidebar takes up too much space when working on a laptop with a small screen (so I turn it off).

was easy to use and get started with. Customer service was not good. Lots of minor feature additions would've made a big impact, but we also didn't get much support so many we just weren't optimizing the product.

Im using it daily for 10-12h, if they would improve their mobile version and implement a dark mode, so that i don’t get blind i would be gassed.

This is sold as limiting data entry, and it does a little. Maybe more once we get very familiar and are not trying to back track so that we can just use one system and not two while we get the other set up. I have to say that the OnBoarding that they provide is very good, and I like that they are able to provide that. I think some of the pitfalls are simply because it is web hosted and that comes with its own assortment of issues.

Pros

I like that I (theoretically) can see emails that were sent to a client even if I was not included, it makes it more helpful when I am trying to find information, or figure out what the status of a client is. The automated tasks are useful if you do them right.

Cons

It is constantly syncing and if you are a fast typer it will delete what you have written while it was syncing sometimes. That is incredibly frustrating. It's also not a totally intuitive system, it is obviously still in its early stages and therefore a little clunky. Also, if you are not an admin you have basically no power to add things that you might need in a sort of random situation. I have to go to my admin all the time to add things that I need, and maybe it is only for one client, but I need that field or option or automated task and I am not allowed to add it myself. You are unable to view more than one client in the small side bar of an "opportunity", and you are unable to see their names when just looking at the opportunity. Also the terms that they use are very salesy, and not very customizable or people oriented. The customization of how you view things also seems very limited. I like being able to view all my contacts by last name, that isn't really easily possible with this. It's just an adjustment but it would be a lot better for me if it was not something that I had to adjust to. It is web hosted so if you are not somewhere with wifi or data you can't access anything.

provides us with a simple and easy way to track sales and prospects through their strong integration with the Google Apps suite of applications.

Pros

I like that it works quickly out of the box, and the strong integrations with Google Apps.

Cons

The only issues with are the same issues you would encounter with other CRMs - that if you have a lot of niche, legacy software you wish to integrate with it, it can be troublesome. However the API they provide gives you a fighting chance, and this isn't really a complaint of the Copper, rather that the rest of our software stack needs to catch up.

Pros

The fact that I can track my emails and interactions with my customers when in . Also, I like the fact it is easy to use with entering added and corrected information for my accounts. Able to enter notes and copy coworkers is a nice feature.

Cons

The fact that multiple opportunities must be entered separately and reentered each time. Would be better just be able to copy to duplicate each account. We have the same customers with multiple opportunities for our sales cycle, so it would be easier to just copy and enter the specific opportunity per account.

Generally easy setup, though the effort was more on getting my team to adopt the platform. So that's more on us than .

Cons

Inability to ingest UTM tracking parameters natively. We had to use a 3rd party tool in order to connect the attribution dots.

It is good to explore new software, in this case testing this new ecosystem so far generates a great comfort for us.

Pros

The best thing is its interface, it is very friendly and easy to use. It allows you to concentrate your work in one place and not get saturated managing several applications at the same time.

Cons

The cost may be slightly high if you were to compare it to others, but it makes up for it with its close link to Google that allows for data synchronization and faster customization since most of them handle Google products.

I throughly enjoy ! I use it daily and love how my tasks show up on my calendar when they are due. I love how easy it use and how it adapts with google products. It's clean, simple, and does what I need it to do. I am thrilled that I finally found a CRM that works for my business.

Pros

This CRM is easy to use and love how well it works with Google Workspaces and how I can use from my google calendar or Gmail when getting new contacts in my system. I love how easy it is to customize this CRM to fit my business needs and tracking my sales with ease.

Cons

It is a little costly to share access with other users. But I know it will be worth in the long run. I suggest waiting to get yourself onboarded with this software, customize it, and get it ready to train other users on and have their purpose for using the CRM clearly outlined.

Pros

Hands down ProsperWorks is the most well integrated CRM with Google Suite. The built in integrations means a ton less manual data entry, and GMail side bar make accessing contact and opportunity info quick and easy. I also really like the elegance and simplicity of the user interface and user experience across the side bar, web app, and mobile app. A particularly stellar features is the board layout of opportunities in the web app that makes project and pipeline tracking incredibly transparent. Lastly, their customer service is stellar. Within 10 mins of signing up for a free trial, I received a call from their support team and scheduled a demo with an account rep that has been extremely helpful and accessible throughout.

Cons

ProsperWorks is a CRM and only a CRM. While this may work great for sales teams, it may fall short for teams that manage and execute on projects throughout the entire life cycle who may require more robust project management, data capture, and reporting features. Integrations with other project management softwares are available through apps like Zapier, but it would be nice to have a bit more project management & reporting features under the hood.
