### "ProsperWorks is one of the best CRM solutions I used so far"

Pros

Has a standardized graphical user interface. Has superb marketing feature. It is simple to install the setup and doesn't require much training on its usage. Helps you track leads and automatically sending them notifications, thereby increasing the sales. It is cloud-based and is integrated with Google applications making it easy to track all the interactions with your clients, Mailchimp, linked in. You can create and notes for each lead. It has a feature, wherein you can check if a prospect has opened your mail or not. The customer service and support team are very responsive. Each of the client’s profile comprises relevant information in addition to the previous conversation threads. Pipeline reporting helps large businesses. You can prioritize and plan all your events and meetings and set up task reminders. As it is integrated with Google products, manual data entry is avoided and it has helped in saving time and minimizing errors.

Cons

One of the main drawbacks of this CRM is that it lacks call integrations. The reporting feature needs upgradation.

### "It doesn't get easier to enter your contacts into a CRM than Prosperworks"

Pros

We all live in our inboxes these days, right? This is where the greatness of Prosperworks comes in. All you have to do is roll over the email address of a contact in your Gmail (using the Prosperworks Chrome extension) and with one click, you can add a contact to your database. \*Bye\* data entry! It's also very intuitive as it automatically asks once you've added someone to your contacts whether you want to create an opportunity or task reminder for that person to ensure that you are monetizing your lead gen and staying on top of potential clients. The system also looks at who you've been in contact with recently and asks if you want to add them to your database. Again, with just one click, you're growing your database regularly. Mass upload of contacts is simple and easy, as is exporting contacts. There are a lot of automation options available such as Mailchimp and virtually anything else that is available to connect on Zapier. Email templates with mergtags are easy to set up. Lots of customization options across the board.

Cons

It doesn't manage duplicates at all, which can be a bit of a drag. Email templates cannot include attachments or HTML. It's easy to lose your place when going down the list of contacts as the page has a tendency to refresh and start at the top as you navigate between contacts and sections. Reminders have limited options for when they are triggered.

It has allowed us the opportunity to scale with trainable processes and increase data tracking. Very satisfied.

Pros

I love the usefulness of the pipeline and all of the integrations. When the integrations are working well, it becomes a very robust software. The more we get into it and the trackable data, the better its gotten.

Cons

I would have liked to have had someone on Copper help us customize it for our business.

As above I have good communication with my customers and the satisfaction of knowing no one slipped by and got lost in the system.

Pros

The best thing about the copper CRM is the fact that nothing slips by when it is used as intended. Automation is fantastic and totally easy to setup and/or change, processes become easy and customers are happier as automatic prompts that you setup yourself become invaluable tools for customer service.

Cons

Initially was very slow but now no problem

Ok software, terrible customer service.

Pros

Software is simple. The pro is the widget for your Gmail Inbox.

Cons

Contact information automation is below par and we had the occasional syncing issues. The feature are not worth the price per user. After using the service for a full year we decided it wasn't the right fit. When we requested to cancel the service, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from Copper refused to refund us because it was 2 days past the deadline! I responded to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who never wrote back. I have made multiple attempts to contact Copper and still haven't heard anything back.

We've been able to create multiple ticketeing systems and pipelines to track ROI on new promotions and programs.

Pros

The flexibility the software offers through customization and its automated workflows make both your job as an admin, and your everyday user's lives so much easier. It's also so incredibly easy to learn even on the higher technical end it isn't challenging.

Cons

A number of the support articles are very outdated, especially in regards to the various integrations you can make, but reaching out to support usually fixes this.

Excitement and then disappointment. The G Suite integration is incredible, but the confusing and time consuming process in trying to customize to suit specific real industry needs felt cumbersome and frustrating. Loads of potential and will be interesting to see where this CRM is headed.

Pros

The G Suite integration and UI of Copper are incredible. It seamlessly integrates with Gmail, importing new leads and prospects as contacts. The features such as reach out reminders, prompts and automation point to the CRM as being an excellent platform for those in sales.

Cons

Despite promoting itself as a Real Estate CRM, it requires far too much work and time to change, customize and create settings that would allow it actually be useful for real estate agents. If you're the type that enjoys customizing to suit your specific needs, then Copper could be a great fit. Would be great if the platform had base configurations that are specific to certain industries.

As the Logistics Coordinator there is value in seeing all of the correspondence leading up to the final product and shipping. Great for task reminders as well!

As a small nonprofit organization we have been able to use Copper to maximize our limited staff time to track contacts, leads, sales, and payments. We took data that used to be stored in multiple locations and consolidated it all within Copper. Tasks and reminders related to billing are now automated, saving time and improving our collection rate on receivables.

Pros

We have created integrations between Copper and both our Google suite (Gmail/calendar) and QuickBooks. These have been working fairly smoothly so far. Like the customization within the software to create custom fields and workflow processes. Also like the ability to filter activities (to do's, emails, notes, etc) within individual opportunities so each user can see what's most important to them.

Cons

Filters on the pipelines often reset to the default when logging in; would prefer that they remain at the last setting used. Emails occasionally do not synchronize from Google, especially if all recipients are within our organization.

Pros

Copper has made it very easy to store all of our customer data and segment in meaningful ways. We are able to contact our customers in ways that are very personal to each one of them.

Cons

The bulk email feature only allows to send up to 200 email addresses per email. I wish that there was no limit on bulk email and that it was truly a "bulk" email.

Copper has given my team the extra time we needed to go through reports, analyse them and provide feedback while creating stronger relationships with our clients. We have grown over 40% since getting Copper CRM just over a year ago.

Pros

As a G Suite user, Copper CRM has really helped me plough back my time. The tight integration with G Suite from Google allows me to create new client pipelines straight from my inbox. I no longer manually enter customer details. This has given me back almost 1 hour a day!

Cons

The data export function is limited to downloading. It would be really good if I could move/sync contact lists across platforms.

Overall a very positive experience. The platform is modern, sleek and user friendly, all while being very useful and functional.

Pros

I really like the email tracking functions. Being able to consistently understand how many interactions I am having with customers, knowing how/when to follow up with them and keep detailed accounts of our conversations, allows me to maximize my productivity.

Cons

There have been occasions where contacts are duplicated based on them having multiple jobs and/or roles within an organization. That can be a little tedious to tidy up.

So far I like Copper the fact now I don't have to swivel from one system to another is key from prospect to projects all in the same system.

Pros

Email communication with a client in one place. being able to have my emails in google get captured in copper so that there is no confusion to whats going on.

Cons

Projects. I know that this is something that Copper is working on and I am using the beta right now looking forward to the upgrades to it.

Good, when I have asked for "support" they have gotten back to me quickly.

Pros

If Google is your email service then Copper is the best CRM System.

Cons

Tagging cross contacts. I have investors and borrowers, and the ability to take what my investor says on the file and cross it over to the borrower's file would be nine.
