From initial sales contact to close the process was close to friction-less. Data in, Data out is a manta I hold close the heart. makes it easy to get data in. I would like to see more out of the box, deeper reporting, which I understand is coming down the dev pipeline.

Driving the prospect/ lead to qualification and to close won is visibly a great addition for us, using .

Cons

some of the reporting is limited, or not as easy to generate out of the box. Work with account manager is helpful here.

Seamless integration with Google apps. Pipeline customization helps us track not only sales closing but helps us with reminders on our typical work flows.

Cons

Forecasting for us requires too much effort and doesn't help is with reporting forecasts in the detail some of it vendors require.

Pros

MailChimp integration was a plus, pipelines with auto tasks were a nice feature that I was surprised was very hard to find elsewhere.

Cons

The excessive emails from "marketing automation". No opt-out on the emails, the emailer doesn't respond to opt out requests. I requested 3x to be removed from an email campaign being asked to write a review on LinkedIn. I said if I get the same email again I would leave a bad review, so here you go...

In general we like it. It does the basics, database of people and companies with contact info, notes, email tracking, bulk email sending. As I said we don't use the sales bits or the pipeline functionality (pipelines are tasks made up of a series of steps which can be assigned). We just use it as a basic CRM. It works with Google Contacts, GMail and Calendar so you become a Google baby. You do have to pay for G Suite, it allows you to use your own domain and emails which is fine. We looked at a lot of CRMs (both free and expensive) and found this worked very well for the price. They still lack a few odd little things though, no birthdays (although you can do that through Google Contacts + Calendar) and it default sort people by their first names. We upgraded to the medium version so we could add lots of user columns to people. Two thumbs up.

Pros

Relatively inexpensive. Straight forward to use. Customer support is excellent. It has extensions to a good pool of add-ons. It uses pre-existing things like Google Calendar rather than re-inventing them.

Cons

It sits on Google's G Suite so you have to buy that also. It has extensions to things you have to pay for (versus free ones). Has some quirks (below). Has a lot of sales stuff (projections, staff etc) we do not need.

Cons

When changing a family to past client, I wished it changed all people in the family to past clients. However, this is a minor issue.

was great to use. It has native integration with gmail which makes things easier (you can achieve the same function in other CRM's with only a few steps) It's really nice to work in something that feels google but pricing was just out of the picture for us. Other alternatives like teamwave provide the same/more services for an overall price

is really easy to use, especially for people new to CRMs and that use g suite/gmail constantly. It connects directly through your gmail and provides the same features as other robust CRMs

Cons

It's really expensive, especially for startups and there are better options out there for a lot cheaper. Great software, exclusive pricing

\- We used to use Pipedrive before however when we got to know about this tool we have been really pleased with the decision to migrate to this tool - I carried on the migration for my company and I faced little to no challenges in order to migrate my data - Since, we need to work on it daily it is really a good experience to handle this tool - Feed back from the team has been great as well.

Pros

\-Best thing about it is the seamless integration with Gmail and the plugin that it provides within the email. - Really like their training / help centre - Workfllow automation is great, been using it a lot - Get good reports out of these, especially the sales forecast and activites

Cons

\- If I were to point out, it would be that they do not have a continuous support over livechat on weekends for certain hours. - There isn't a direct way to get a report out of for any opportunities that have been moved to a particular stage at a particular time

Pros

I use gmail (POP) not G Suite and it runs seemless as a sidebar tool telling me about my clients and allowing me to add new contacts on the fly within my email. That isn't even the main app. Once inside I run my sales pipelines and see the productivity of my agents that use the software. Emailing from the software is easy and since we run bookings into clubs and things tour routing is super important and to segment on the fly and import contacts into Mailchimp is very cool to saves so much time.

Cons

Not having GSuite makes emailing a little unprofessional as it emails directly through my gmail address.

Pros

offers a one-stop funnel for all things relating to leads/sales. The UI is very user friendly and easy to implement new features through. Being able to set filters and organize our client & sales information is our #1 priority and Copper does this very well.

Cons

There could be more ease of social media integration. I feel as if the social media aspect isn't really comparable to the rest of the software as far as ease of use.

It has helped me tremendously on keeping track of what my clients need or to have a quick check on what is going on with them or what has been promised to them on my last call or email.

Pros

How easy it is to use and keep everything organized. I love how it automatically saves every change you make to an account. It was very easy to learn how to use and it helps you keep track of everything from phone conversations to tasks.

Cons

I have alerts setup to call my clients every 60 days but they do not always need to be contacted depending on the season or the situation. It would be nice that when I do complete a task it just completes all the ones before it versus keeping it as an ongoing history of undone tasks that I have to go back and check off.

ProsperWorks is not as widely known (yet) as many other CRM providers in the industry, but it is a strong contender in the arena. It has all the basic features and more for a business that needs a CRM system, and it seamlessly integrates with Gmail/Google for Business, which is a huge plus!

Pros

The Gmail integration is vital in so many ways, including record-keeping, recalling information, setting reminders for follow-ups and organizing project-related information. It's also highly intuitive. Although there are a number of self-paced and personal training opportunities, a relatively tech savvy individual should be able to navigate it with little trouble. It also includes a capability to keep your leads separate from your actual customers, while also moving them through a pipeline that you design. The Opportunities feature does the same thing, allowing you to visually track where any sales are and analyze any snags in your process.

Cons

There are some tricks to setting up the system, but ProsperWorks support is very clear in giving new clients the proper order of operations. If you follow the onboarding steps, you'll be successful.
